So much fun!! - Noel and Frankie were so kind and helpful and made us feel safe as this was our first time horseback riding. This was so much fun and a great activity for my family.

Chukka is worth it! - Chukka Sandy Bay is a gem!! Whether you choose ATVs, zip lines, or horseback riding you’re sure to enjoy. Have a ride with a Cecil and the horse back team for a real good time!! I went once and would gladly pay to go again when we return!! Cheers!

Fabulous horse back ride and swim - The horseback ride and swim were great. Duane and Shane were our guides and they were excellent. If you’re able to request them you should!

Great staff and good experience! - Paul is an excellent tour guide! Great person overall who loves his job. Please let him know that Mikaela and her son Ezra enjoyed their time! I would recommend this location for Chukka and horse back riding

The greatest experience - I had an absolutely blast! The weather was perfect! Thank you to my horse Courage for being the best gentleman ever! The ride down into the water was AMAZING!! Uncle Noel my tour guide is an excellent teacher look for him when you decide to do this excursion!!

Romantic ride through the countryside - This was a romantic excursion with a ride through the country side finishing off with a refreshing ride in the ocean! Dwayne was an amazing tour guide and made the experience so much fun!

Super fun and engaging experience - I went solo to the Chukka experience and had an amazing time. I did wait around 1.5 hours before the horse was ready, but that time was spent swimming in the very clear beach and gorgeous pool. They also had a great DJ so I was entertained. The dry horseback ride was around an hour long and I felt very safe since it was my first time riding a horse. The guides were very fun and made the experience amazing. The ride in the ocean was only about 10 minutes but it was very enjoyable! Keep in mind there are extra costs like a small locker ($10 usd), and if you want pictures it starts at $20. Transportation was smooth and easy both ways, our driver was very informative and it felt like a mini-tour on the way there.

A Terrific Vacation Experience - This was, just as expected, a casual ride on the property followed by a loop in the beautiful water of the Caribbean. The horses are trail rides so they follow the one in front of them (a little disconcerting to the person following me when I started to trot). My partner and I are experienced riders so this was not much of a challenge but our guide Frankie took our phones and did lots of photos for us as well as giving us some extra swimming time for being patient at the end. All in all, a good couples or family experience for any level of rider experience.

HOST KEPT ALL MY MONEY!!! - Booked a trip for my daughter and husband to go horseback riding for her 7th birthday 🎂. We discussed the activity with our daughter several times and she was excited. However, after driving an hour to get to the Chukka outpost my baby had a change of heart during the check in process. She began crying uncontrollably as my husband was checking in at the front desk!!! We made the decision not to proceed.
Chukka front desk clerk was very empathetic and helpful with the cancellation, and she advised how to request a refund through the third party (Viator) host. I requested a refund, per Trip Advisor/Viator app as advised, only to informed that the tour HOST KEPT ALL MY MONEY!!!! This very is disappointing and discouraging! I paid almost $200 for this activity, and NOT EVEN A PARTIAL REFUND or credit for future use offered!!! My family did not get suited up nor even see a horse, and those slots were available for resale! Is this the integrity that can be expected from the tours on Trip Advisor/Viator!?!??!????? How can we trust this????
