Great trip - Marianne was a wonderful guide! She gave a great explanation and plenty of history during through tour. The views from the top were spectacular! Please note that the top is very busy so make sure to pack your patience!

Good but could be better - The top of Europe journey was really great but another hour would have been great to enjoy some snow activities as 2hours were not enough to view all the points and take photos as these are memories for lifetime But I would also like to tell you a stop in Lauterbrunnen would have been great to take some postcard pictures, view from cig wheel train was good but not possible to capture the moments

Fun but the website is misleading and too expensive - The trip title and itinary say the trip is to Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen but the trip was actually ONLY to Jungfraujoch with a short stop (30-40 mnts) in Interlaken to load passengers. The guide was nice but was hard to find and follow between all the crowds specially that she wasn’t holding a flag to be seen. The Jungfraujoch trip was so much fun though I wish they gave us longer time in it so we can spend time in the ice park. Bottom line, the trip was fun but misleading explanation so the price is way too much for only going to Jungfraujoch

Not value for the money - The bus was too full and we spent like 10 mins max in two places. It was foggy in Jungfraujoch so basically nothing much to do. Pretty boring and the place is FULL of tourists. On the way down, we took the train, we were in Grindelwald for 10 minutes because we have to change trains, nothing much to do and the place was currently on renovations. For the money we paid per person, this tour is not worth it. Just go to Mt Titlis, it's cheaper and more things to do.

Not value for money - Bus was full and we had max 10 mins in 2 places. Too much tourists, weather was not on our side, it was foggy and raining. Still managed to see melting snows. Expected much more coz of the money paid per pax

Disappointing - Really surprised it was a totally packed giant bus. It lists 4 towns but we only had more than 5 minutes in two

Hard Pass. - Our ‘Guides’ were lovely, but all they did was heard cattle. The bus was crowded but two different language tour groups (which is fine but i think this lead to little to no information about area). The train up to Jungfrau was packed with drunk locals and large tour groups, and is smelt of cat pee. (Yes out of control the tour group, but was not pleasant non the less) We had two hours at the top with hundreds of people and is a tourist trap. Now the weather was not great but the vast number of people wondering cluelessly and yelling made the trip absolute horrible at the too. And there was no need for two hours, im glad it was not the four hour as described! So we stood for 2hrs just wanting to get down from the top. Spending your money elsewhere.
