The best experience. Our... - The best experience. Our tour guide made all the magic happen. Knowing when to take pictures of scenery and it missing a beat. The views were spectacular

This was a wonderful trip... - This was a wonderful trip to see the Alps. Our guide, Raymond, was very organized. He thoroughly explained what we were going to do several times for guests in both English and Spanish. He stayed with us the entire trip and somehow shepherded the group of 20+ through the crowds to make sure we made all the train connections. He also had to manage some groups on the bus doing a separate Interlaken/Grindelwald excursion (for that tour they spent much of their time without a guide and had to arrange to meet the bus a the end of the day). I can't say enough about how hard Raymond worked to make tour enjoyable for everyone. He was patient, attentive, and enthusiastic.
Your experience and views will depend greatly on the weather on the day of your visit. We were lucky with clear skies which made for a great experience. But apparently in December that's only a 50/50 chance. The weather on the mountain could be different than the weather in town. You can check out the Jungfraujoch webcams for current conditions. If the weather is poor, you can still enjoy the indoor spaces, but obviously you get the full experience when you can experience the mountain itself.
This being Switzerland, the whole tour ran like clockwork. The tour arranged reserved train cars which gave us seats by the windows and spared us from squeezing in amidst the many ski and sled enthusiasts also using the train. Since some connections are tight your guide explains how you where you have time for breaks so you can plan for that. Once you reach the top there is bit of walking across snow and ice as you explore the observatory. We had about 1.5 hours at the top of the mountain to explore with the guide or on your own if you prefer. The altitude did make a few people somewhat uneasy. So I suggest to dress in layers, stay hydrated, and pace yourself carefully at the top.

Unbelievable views - Our guide was awesome. Very informative but not boring. The views were simply awe inspiring. Even the bus ride from Lucerne to Jungfraujoch was great viewing. It is an expensive trip but worth every penny.

Halo!! Kid is wonderful! - Hello!!! Kid is a wonderful tour guide, he made everything fun and entertaining. He took good care of our group making sure we’re all together in the train ride and to the gondola. We will definitely ask for him again if we come back to Switzerland.

One of my best Tours in Europe - Our guide, Kid, made all the difference in making sure this trip was a success. He knows exactly how to make this trip work, and although he might not be everyone's cup of tea, I'm greatful to have met and had him as our guide. He is quick, efficient, to the point, and puts up with NO BS all for YOUR benefit. Everything I accomplished during this tour (photos, experiences, meeting the cute woman Shannon 😍 ) was because of him. Trust him. The faster you do, the better you'll be.

Request Kid! - The tour was AMAZING!!! What made it so amazing was our tour guide Kid! He might come off a bit strong at first, but trust me he means well! All business. He works hard to make sure everyone has Instagram worthy pictures. He knows his stuff!! He made this trip very pleasurable. I would recommend this tour.

Wonderful except for the guide and bus driver - Amazing destination, beautiful views. Very cold and icy in winter of course. Wished we had ended up with a better guide and bus driver! Both our guide and our bus driver were extremely impatient. Guide gave almost no commentary. She walked fast even in icy pavement and did not bother to count to see if everyone had caught up with her. We felt this was very unprofessional, as was her temper. She showed little to no concern for the people on her tour. She told people to take it easy on the top of Jungfrau., but took off from exiting the train like a greyhound on a track! No way for everyone to keep up with her. Started off with 37 travelers - came back with 34, and she blamed the passengers when her actions and lack of concern were a major factor. We also felt extremely rushed at every stop. We were supposed to have 30 minutes to eat, but after using the restroom and ordering our food, we ended up with less than 15 minutes to actually eat lunch. Bus driver was really nice when he wasn’t driving, but behind the wheel, watch out! He tailed other drivers, flashed his lights, … we buckled our safety belts and still felt unsafe. The destination was fantastic, but the overall experience was not due the personnel.
