A great day! - We were picked up in Luzern for this wonderful trip…and from the beginning we knew that our guide, Kid, was going to take very good care of us! The scenery along the way up & down was incredible…the bus & train & gondola rides were comfortable and fun (thanks to Kid)…a great day all the way around! Highly recommend!

Top of the world tour - The guide was most colorful and entertaining guide we have ever had. He was great at leading our group through crowded places and knew how to take pictures with our iPhones better than we did.

Trip if a lifetime, JUNGFRAU mountain - This was the trip of a lifetime. Fantastic tour guide, unbelievable scenery, amazing ice cave. Challenging for those with breathing difficulties but, I have asthma, paced myself, & was able to complete this wonderful tour!

Once in a lifetime experience! - This trip was everything we hoped it would be!!! Stunning views, perfect amount of time, and an experience we will never forget! The views from the bus and trains were spectacular, and the mountain itself was breathtaking! Our guide was Kid and he was the life of the party! He had to keep the group on pace and in-line and he did that with constant humor! I would highly recommend this! Notes: bring a battery pack for the phones, there are no charging ports on the bus. Dress in layers, the bus was warm and the excursion outside on the mountaintop (optional) was freezing.

Jungfrau in a Day - We traveled to Jungfrau earlier this week with Kid. It is a long day. From Lucerne, you travel for about 1.5 hours on a bus, then transfer to a series of trains (~2 hours to the top). At the top, you have about 2 hours to explore the plateau, observatory, and ice palace and get some lunch/souvenir shop. You then travel back down on a cable car (~20 min) and then travel back on a bus to Lucerne (~2 hours). Much of the day is spent on transportation bring some headphones and prepare for a nap. On our day, unfortunately, the weather was not very cooperative and there was minimal visibility both on the train on the way up and at the top. Kid can at first seem a bit direct but overall tries incredibly hard to get great pictures for you and give the group the best experience possible (giving insider tips, finding tables for us in the cafeteria, and finding every opportunity for a photo) while keeping on schedule. Overall, would recommend but understand that you are in for a long trip and weather may preclude an optimal viewing experience.

Mountain Top Blizzard - There was a Blizzard on top of Jungfrau. -10C, 20 KPH sustained winds and snow. Couldn't see a thing. The weather is not anyone's fault. How many people can say they were in a blizzard 11300 feet up on a Swiss Mountain.

Mother Nature Intervened - This is a pricey excursion but we were determined to get to the top of Europe. Mother Nature had other ideas and let her skies open up and dump rain. So views at the top were non-existent and there were high winds as well. Still, if this happens to you, don't let it spoil anything. The train ride through Lauterbrunnen/Grindlewald was lovely, and we were able to have a very nice lunch in the Crystal Restaurant (go for the lobster soup). The ice sculptures are wonderful to see as well.
