Quick way to see the city and learn some history - Fun tour and great way to see some of the main attractions. Easy to fine starting place right in train station. Guide shared interesting history facts and gave us a simple walkable tour with lots of fun things to see.

A must, great price. - Very interesting, a must do if in the area. Learning the history of the town and how Switzerland operates was interesting. The tour guide answered all questions well and grew up in luzern.

A few good details, but too short to get a good overview of the town. - Chapel Bridge is really the only thing that stuck out for me and the story of the fire and reconstruction. I also enjoyed hearing about the structure by the train station.

Disappointing and expensive! - Unfortunately, our guided tour of Lucerne was disappointing! The guide was poorly prepared and could not answer many questions. The tour was unstructured and important sights were missed. The guide seemed disinterested and uncommitted, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. The group was much too big, so it was difficult to follow the guide or understand him well. There was no clear plan or meaningful route, leading to confusion. Overall, the tour was not worth its money and not recommended.
