Must do for first-timers! - Isabella was amazing! It was a hot day, but the tour was perfect. I learned a lot about the city of Lucerne and took in the views from all different areas of the city. Would recommend to anyone for their first day in Lucerne.

We got to see it all! - Our guide, Martina, was the best tour guide of our entire trip! She greeted us with a a sampling of fine gourmet chocolates which was a nice touch. On the walking portion we got to see all of the things we wanted to see. She was a wealth of knowledge and had a fun personality. We loved the restaurant she suggested for lunch. The boat ride was spectacular!

Great Overview of Lucerne! - We took this tour in the afternoon after arriving in the morning. Our guide, Sanna, was informative about the area and very friendly. She even greeted us with individual samples from Läderach Chocolate. Both the tour company and Sanna reached out beforehand to make sure we knew where the meeting spot was, and to help us plan when to take the boat tour. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn about Lucerne and local spots to visit!

Incredible Tour! - Luis is a master storyteller and tour guide! We learned so much about Lucerne’s culture and history during our two hour walk. Luis’s outgoing personality engaged the group and made the walking tour fun and memorable. The boat ride around Lake Lucerne was a relaxing way to end the tour. I highly recommend this tour!

Awesome tour of Lucerne!! - 10/10 recommend this tour of Lucerne! It was awesome to learn about the city’s history and explore the main sights!! Our tour guide Laszlo was amazing and he shared lots of local recommendations for food and other activities!!

Lucerne tour - We were not able to do the whole tour due to a travel hiccup in our flights due to weather. They would not refund the amount since it was within 24 hours so we contacted the guide of the actual tour. The guide was great and arranged for us to do the cheese and wine tasting which was awesome and at least catch the boat ride. It was beautiful there in Lucerne

Bum deal - It was ok. But we had a conflicting tuk tuk tour and cancelled it 2 days in advance. Still got charged. Won't give this company my credit card number again. we enjoyed our river cruise and time in Austria much more than lucerne. Don't like busy tourist spots

Not a good experience. - We were turned over to Best Switzerland Tours but not until late in day the day before. The tour lady there had to call to see if we were with her. Bus was full. We set in last seats with no room to move. We paid to take train back to Lucene rather than ride there again. Would not recommend to anyone
