Exactly what I wanted - Perfect and exactly what I wanted: a tour to the highlights of Lucknow. I didn’t want shopping or a meal and the tour was adjusted to my liking. Jafar was my guide and he was very knowledgeable and seemed to know everyone everywhere we went. Due to bad traffic the pickup was later but Vishal kept me up to date. Vishal was kind enough to adjust the pick up place to suit me. Highlight was the Martiniere college with it’s stunning chapel and the Maqbara of Saadat Ali Khan and his wife’s next to it.

Absolutely Worthwhile Trip and Guide - My friend and I had a brilliant trip with Vishal (Guide) and Taufiq (driver). I am from the US and my friend is from India. His parents actually live in Lucknow and everyone was a bit skeptical that a tour would be worth it since they were so familiar with the area. My Indian friend had also been to most of the places that we visited. In the end, he admitted that the tour was well worth it and that he learned so many things that he didn't know even as an Indian and even as someone who knows a lot about the history of Lucknow and India. Vishal is an extremely studied and insightful man. We also appreciated that he didn't rush us at any point. In fact, he would often tell us about an option extra at many of the sites we saw. Eg: "If you go here and take these stairs there's actually a great view" or "it's worth it if you walk around the back because you can see this one special thing". We were also grateful that they drove so far to pick us up near our family's home and just how incredibly friendly and thorough they both were.
