Wonderful tour to begin our vacation in Lugano - Florane gave my husband and me a wonderful tour of Lugano. She included many interesting facts about the city, along with places we should visit. Florane also gave us great suggestions for places to eat and even wrote them down for us. This tour was a fabulous way to start our stay in Lugano. We felt informed when planning our agenda for our two-day stay.

Great tour of Lugano - Florane was a wonderful guide! We saw amazing architecture and heard all about the city of Lugano. She showed us where to eat lunch, get gelato and grab a coffee before our departure.

Nice intro to Lugano with a wonderful guide! - We booked this walking tour a few hours prior to the start and appreciated the last minute flexibility! We met with Florane who was pleasant and well informed about Lugano. Having never been, it was a great way to get oriented to the city, learn a little about the culture and history AND get some excellent recommendations on things to do and see. The length is perfect and Florane was a great guide! Thank you!

Quick yet packed info - We only had one hour to learn all you should know about Lugano history, culture, and key sights.. Mission accomplished. Our superb, young guide, Florane, a classically trained guitarist, was concise yet full of information which made us feel we had spent 3 hours touring. If all Swiss people are like her, it is a country to be admired.

Wonderful! - Florane was an incredible guide. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. The pace was nice. She even wrote down her favorite restaurants and things to do. We loved that the tour ended in the park. It was a great way to get a taste of Lugano.

Highly recommend this tour for newcomers to Lugano. - My 60 minute walking tour with Florane was fantastic. Being from Lugano, Florane is very knowledgeable about Lugano history and highlights enough landmarks in the brief tour that you leave ready to explore the area. She happily answers any questions and shares her recommendations. Highly recommend this tour!

Amazing One hour!! - It was the best 60 min spent with Florane, with historical information along the way making it very interesting quizzes 😊 I would highly recommend this tour and specially with Florane.

Missed out this time. - Guide cancelled. I did book about two hours before the tour time, but they cancelled thirty minutes before. I understand it was because I booked too late. Hmmm! I guess it all worked out, though. I did my own tour a d it worked out great.
