Into the Heart of Rwanda’s Canopy

The air was thick with anticipation as I embarked on the Rwanda Culture Tour with my wife. Having spent years in the Arctic, where the cold bites and the wind howls, the lush warmth of Rwanda was a stark contrast. The journey began with a drive through the rolling hills of Luhonge, a landscape so different from the icy expanses I was accustomed to. The Canopy Walkway was our first adventure, a suspended bridge hanging 60 meters above the forest floor.
