Upon arrival at the gym, our experienced Muaythai instructors will greet you and show you around the changing room so you can change your shorts to our permium Muaythai shorts.
During the first 15 minutes, you will be taught how to stand and guard like a Muaythai boxer as well as warm up for the rest of the class
After that, there will be mainly technical drilling and practice for the eight parts of the body needed for striking: hands, feet, elbows, knees, and shins.
Instructors will teach you according to your pace in a 1-1 private setting.
You can also request a hail-riding service, similar to Uber, to get you back to your hotel at your own expense.
We only provide one-way hotel-gym transfers. Our service will not include transportation back to your place.
