Great experience - Had a great time on this tours I enjoyed the views of the forest and beaches. Ricky thank you for a good time I highly recommend this tour. Bien in a can am riding threw local areas was a blast.

Do not waste your time or money - My family and I traveled to Puerto Rico to celebrate my son's 16th birthday, and we were excited about booking a UTV ride together. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. First, the location was difficult to find, and to make matters worse, they only had one UTV for our group of ten. This was incredibly disappointing. Once we realized that we couldn't all ride together, we immediately asked for a refund. The staff informed us that we needed to request it through TripAdvisor. I tried to get my $129 back since I never even got on the UTV, but to my surprise, TripAdvisor denied my request. Frustrated, I had to escalate the matter to my bank to dispute the charges, as we did not get to enjoy the experience at all. Feeling let down by this expensive and unfulfilling experience, we decided to head over to Carabali Rainforest Park, where we had a fantastic time riding ATVs and UTVs with the kids. Trust me, don’t waste your money on this company; just go to Carabali instead. If I could give these folks zero stars, I would, but that wasn't an option. Please don’t waste your valuable time and hard-earned money here; I want my $129 back, and so does everyone else in my family!

The wheel broke off the... - The wheel broke off the can-am and we weren’t taken to el Yunke where the tour was supposed to be in the first place

Worst sightseeing tour ever! - WASTE OF MONEY! First off, to start, our booking had to be rescheduled from Thursday to Saturday due to them overbooking. Second off, it was supposed to start at 12:00 but didn't start until 12:30 pm. Lastly, the so called sightseeing experience wasn't that at all. We met at Bikini Sports Bar which is on the beach. Once we left, the guy took us to what we later found out was the same beach, just on a different side, different angle. He took us the long route there so it could take away from the so called hour tour. We passed the mountains while riding and the guy pointed to the mountains and said the rainforest was over there. That's it. Then we got to the beach where shops were at, parked and told us we had a few minutes. We stayed there for about 10 minutes thinking we were going to the next stop. The next stop was back to our starting point and the tour was over. Really. We were supposed to stop at 4 sightseeing spots as indicated. We didn't. After we left and went back, it took us two minutes to get back to our starting point but remember it took us about 15 minutes to get there when we started. That's how we knew it was the same beach, just a different side from where we started from. We could have drove there ourselves. This was an absolute waste of money and time. Never again. Don't recommend to anyone.

Waist of time and money - This is is not worth your money if you want to just ride on the road and site see u can just take ur car bc that is exactly what we did . Road by a couple of beaches and stop at one for 10min . Nothing off road which deafeats the purpose of having a Can-Am they r made for off road adventures. We never went by the rainforest he just pointed to were it’s located. Waisted 2hrs of our time and money

I booked a 3:00pm slot... - I booked a 3:00pm slot for a 1hr tour however someone reached out to let me know that they overbooked and had a slot for 6:30pm and asked if that would work instead. I did agree to the 6:30pm given the sun would set an hour from then and we would still enjoy some daylight and experience the sunset while on the tour. The Tour did not start until 7:30pm and we did not see anything, we just drove up the highway to area where they sold ice cream and burgers. I was not happy and not please with the tour and will inquire on getting my money back.
