Great experience! So much fun! - This was an absolutely fantastic excursion. Ray, Luisa, and Lori are professional, funny, energetic, and are very easy to work with. They took the time to teach us about the rain forest, and prioritized the smaller children to make sure they felt safe and comfortable. They started off with teaching us how to zip line, then we went on 5 zip lines and one reverse rock climbing activity. The longest zip line was 1,000 feet and had the most amazing views. I highly recommend taking this excursion!

Zipping through life and the El Yunque Rain Forest - What a great experience. Lori and Raynard (our guides) were just AWESOME!!! They took their time to explain all the technical aspects of the process for Ziplining. Very professional and very personable. Once we got started, their combined knowledge of the El Yunque Rain Forest, the plant life, the animals and insects that live there keep us entertained and informed with all the wonders in front of us. There was a great partnership between the two (Lori and Reynard) which helped us with our nervousness in the beginning and throughout our tour. By the end of our experience, we were carrying on like we were old friends. So much to that point that both of them gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to visit. Thank you again Lori and Raynard. If we could give you two a 10 point rating we would!!! The only negative we had was with the office. When we reserved our trip, we reserved it for two people. It was paid for and received the confirmation that way. The afternoon the day before we received a call from the office telling us that it was not confirmed and that “had I read a little further down, I would have seen that the trip required four people.” In felt that the tone and the manner in which I was spoke to was very rude and a bit demeaning They told me I could cancel or try to reschedule for another day with two more people. After talking to them further, they final noted that we could pay an extra $30 each and do a “private tour”. We choose to pay the extra funds and take the private tour. In the end it worked out for the best. However, a notification from the office after receiving the reservation ( which was done a month earlier), noting the discrepancy, this last minute scramble could have been easily prevented. My recommendation is for the office to work a little harder to elevate these types of issues. It was an easy fix. I feel that the office doesn’t really care because they receive an hour wage and get paid whether or not the tour goes as scheduled. The guides however, only get paid if the tour goes as scheduled.

Loved it - The view is absolutely amazing. It is not as scary as I thought it would be. The staff is very nice and make sure to explain the expectations and rules thoroughly. The only thing I would say is to respect the forest and to not take anything from it. In my group someone took ripe bananas from a tree that was not even ready to eat. The instructor was a bit frustrated as it was the last bunch of bananas. Other than that going through each zipline was fun. Also prepare to get your shoes dirty as it was very muddy.

Highly recommend. Definitely worth experiencing. - A must-do in PR. The views were amazing and the guides (Luisa, Rey, and Andrea) were excellent. They were very friendly and they explained in detail about safety, how everything would work, and the overall experience. They were patient with people taking pictures and video. We not only ziplined but also learned about the plants and wildlife in the rainforest. And did I mention the views?! Stunning! Some people wore jeans and long sleeves because of the bugs. I would recommend shorts and a tshirt and bug repellent especially if it’s humid. You will sweat and there is some work (hiking, repelling) involved in the experience.
