well organized - great tour, Julien communicated well and made sure everything was safe. Relative to the hiking, ther's lots of water activity including water slide, jumping off/swinging into the lake/river.

A lovely day with a great tour leader and driver - A lovely experience. Even though we were a big group (30 people), Jason, our tour guide) did a great job of bringing us together. He and Elias, our driver, were warm, welcoming and patient. Jason has a passion for the rainforest and for people—and he did a great job of sharing his knowledge of the flora and fauna.

Absolutely incredible!!! - From the minute we arrived on the bus, the vibe was just amazing! Julian and Elias made us feel so comfortable immediately and played games to introduce ourselves. They were incredible guides and really made the day so special! They take photos of you at every activity so that you don’t need to worry about taking your phone. I couldn’t recommend this trip more! really worth the money and the experience!

Enjoyable Rainforest Adventure! - My friend and I decided to visit El Yunque as part of a Spring Break trip to San Juan. Our tour guides, Julian and Elio (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) were incredibly knowledgeable of the Rainforest's history and flora, and led our group of 20+ people safely along a muddy trail to a glimmering natural pool, formed by a river. Once there, they helped us reach a natural waterslide, a 30ft cliff jumping spot and rope swing (all into the same large, refreshing natural pool). Once we left the rainforest we stopped at a local restaurant serving authentic Puerto Rican food, which was delicious. It was generally a fantastic experience with enthusiastic guides, who are quick thinkers and creative problem solvers, addressing unforeseen circumstances along our journey to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable trip. I highly recommend this company and these tour guides if you are interested in a trip that includes getting muddy and wet, cliff jumping and rope swinging. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience!

What a great excursion. - What a great trip. Jason and Leas. What two great people to have as your guides. A great history lesson about the rain forest was given to us and they made sure we were safe every step of the way. I heard other people from other tours saying they wished they were with our guides and tour.

Woo-woooo - Jason led an excellent tour! He was fun, engaging, and made sure that everyone was safe and comfortable on a pretty rigorous hike. Loved that he airdropped all the photos and videos to people on the tour at the end so that we didnt have to worry about bringing our phones. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an adventure in PR

You’re going to get muddy, and have fun! - Jason and Elias where fabulous guides Safety was first and foremost followed by fun! Lifejackets and helmets were mandatory, which you might think was a little extreme as all these other people walked past enroute to the same adventure not equipped the same way. This is a rain forest we are hiking in and depending on how much rain has fallen overnight dictates how much and fast the water in the river is moving. Today it was moving fast, going down the natural water slide was great but I was happy I had a life jacket and a helmet on, and I am a very strong swimmer. The trail is muddy and wet with lots of rocks, as a retired first responder I recognized there is great potential for a bad slip and fall with head injury but being properly equipped all but eliminates that risk. This is a 1st class operation and I highly recommend them. Jason’s recommendations at our lunch stop was perfect. Thank you for a great day!

No more mojitos for you! - Why should you book this specific tour? CHAAN, CHAAN, CHAAAN! The tour guide, obviously! Felix or by the end of the trip, Tio Feli, makes you feel like a part of something bigger. Felix has the ability to bring strangers together and give them an unforgettable experience! The other staff, bus driver/photographer, and life guards were great too. All along the way, they are there helping you, you are never left alone. **Every tour group leader we passed commented how lucky we were to have Felix. He truly loves his job which makes this experience a million times better. If your lucky enough to have him you’ll understand!** I can see why some people may not want to wear the helmets and life jackets but it is so important. This is a rigorous hike. Safety is a priority of all staff on this trip. From the waterfall slides, to the cliff jumping, you are climbing over slick rocks. It honestly stressed me out to see other groups hitting the water hard with out safety gear. What to wear: As I said, it’s a lot of slick rocks. Numerous tour groups climb through the rainforest wet, also it’s a RAINforest. My hiking boots were water lodged which didn’t help with the hiking to each activity. I recommend looking for good non slip shoes that are light weight. The restaurant we stopped at for lunch was delicious! I recommend the lechón, arroz y habichuelas. Don’t be basic and get a burger.

Do this tour! You won’t regret it. - Adrianna was the best tour guide I could ask for! She’s incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable of El Yunque, and she clearly loves what she does. She was always looking out for our safety and ensuring that we were comfortable and having a good time. I was nervous about attending this as a solo traveler, but there were plenty of other people traveling by themselves too, and the entire group was so amicable and welcoming. Choosing to go on this tour was definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a fun yet challenging hike, and I encourage everyone to leave a tip for your tour guide at the end of the trip!

Fun, but busy! - We did the hiking tour that had natural waterslides, cliff jump and rope swing. Our guide was great and the activities were fun. We found the park overcrowded which limited the time you could do the activities like sliding and jumping. (you only can do it once based on the lines) Would i recommend it? yes, but just know that they cram too many people into there with many tour groups operating. I would not say it is a rainforest tour, but more of a swimming hole adventure
