Safest company for adventure in El Yunque - This is apparently a pretty standard excursion as there were several operators there are the same time. It's great to see that all the guides from the different companies are PR-style friendly among each other and willingly help each other's guests. The main difference between this company and the others was the use of the helmets and life vests. Rivers and activities like jumping off rocks can go sideways at any moment. I felt a lot safer when I saw how well prepared our group was versus the others. Adriana, Luis and Mitchell (Tarzan) were great guides.

You have to do this tour! - Adriana was the BEST most enthusiastic tour guide I have ever had! She was so friendly, helpful & easy to talk to. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour - especially with her! It was a demanding hike so just be ready! I would suggest you bring a sweat band or bandanna to help with the sweat in your eyes. Excellent experience!

Fun and environmental awareness in the jungle! - Incredible guides who were fun, funny, environmentally conscious, and cared about their guests safety when it comes to life in the rainforest because rain happens and you’ve got to be smart with rivers. My friends from out of town who’s first time at the island had an absolute blast. It was an enjoyable full day trekking through mud, dipping in the river, and sliding down a waterfall! The lunch spot afterwards was SO delicious too. Definitely would recommend this tour option Vs the other company tour options that we passed by on the trail that look to not have as quality equipment or as experienced tour guides.

Best part of my trip! - Just got back from my tour and I had to write something! It was so wonderful. I went with Adrianna who was so sweet and so kind. I was on a solo trip and I was feeling a bit weird because my birthday is this week and my husband is deployed, so I am celebrating it alone. But Adri made me feel so welcomed and cared for!! She took photos of everyone too and it was so cute. She’s a girls girl!!!!! The hike itself wasn’t too far or challenging, and the water was so cool and refreshing. Definitely booking again!!!

Hiking El Yunque - Had a great time doing this excursion, really was off the beaten path, but the waterfalls and the rivers where great to lounge in, for the adventures types who enjoy sliding down a waterfall or leaping off a cliff this is for you. Our guide, Andriana, was the best, cheerful and full of energy. She made sure you had a great time and all with love. 🫶

Spectacular - We had such an amazing experience. Kids, adults all had so much fun. George went above and beyond in regards to safety, guidance (particular clear and direct) and even extra suggestions for the rest of our trip. He didn't need to do half of what he did and we are so grateful. Forever memories ❤️

Jumping off the cliffs and swinging out on the rope is worth the hike - Not sure where to start. All 10 of us agreed this was the favorite excursion ever. Our tour guide, Jason, was the best. We did the Off the Beaten Path and it was fantastic. It rained a little the day we went, but we knew we were in a rain forest so no one cared. We were surprised about the "muddy experience" in getting to the waterfall, but we embraced it and it turned out to be one of our favorite hikes. Jumping off the cliffs was such fun and even the outdoorsy 70 year olds in our group loved it.

A good time! - Adriana was amazing. Me and my husband were in a group of 11. We reached the 1st pool before the big crowds. She encouraged us to try the hike up to the slide, and I’m glad we did! If you have an issue climbing over large rocks and staying low…you might find it a little challenging. We enjoyed every minute as she guided us on where to step and how to stay safe. The jump off the cliffs and the swing rope were also fun. She gave us good instructions on how to do so safely. On the way back we stopped at a local restaurant and the food was really good. Overall the trip was a good time and Adriana was a great guide.

Not overly impressed - While it was a cool experience. The trail was extremely crowded and it seemed like we were just another number. The amount of people made the overall experience subpar. Our guide was friendly and nice but we didn’t enjoy the constant stopping as we hiked to what I would say was one waterfall.
