Dolphins and Luxor - Today was very good loved how friendly and helpful everyone was they all helped my fear of the water and guided me to the water and fish, the food was so good especially the chicken wings and would definitely recommend this trip to anyone on holiday in Egypt

We had fantastic experience - The Dolphin House Boat trip. A fantastic day out snorkelling and dolphin watching. We chose a private boat for the eleven strong party. Collected by minibus from the hotel for the drive to meet the boat. Omar ensured everyone was kitted out with flippers and paperwork was completed before we headed out. The boat staff were really friendly and checked everyone was ready before entering the water. A fabulous day and would recommend to anyone.

Best dolphin house trip - My trip to orange bay was amazing I got to go diving at a coral reef and snorkel around them 2, the boat is really nice with places to sit for everyone, it isn’t cramped at all, there is so much to do and see at orange bay. Fully recommend this trip to anyone

Making happy memories - Excellent service. Our transport was an air-conditioned mini bus our driver was a good and safe driver. When we arrived in Luxor, our guide was waiting for us. His name was Salha. He was very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything. He had a great demeanour. The Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple experiences were amazing. In the evening we went on tour round Luxor in a horse and carriage...wow...fantastic. there was an additional charge for that, but it was worth the experience. To finish our evening, our guide took us to the Om Kalthoum cafe. It was brilliant. We would never have found that on our own. We stayed overnight in the Jolie Hotel. Fabulous right on the banks of the river Nile. We had to be up early the next morning, ready for our hot air balloon. What an experience it was amazing. Addional charge for the experience but well worth the money. Highly recommend this trip. We made lasting memories. Canary Tours always provide excellent service. Always on time when picking you up. We'll mannered guys. Speaking excellent English.

My amazing experience with Canary Tours - My family had an amazing time on our journey to Luxor. Hasan was a great guide and showed us majestic places and told us interesting stories about them. Aladdin Darwish organized our trip very well. I can recommend Canary Tours if you want to have a good time in Egypt.

I would absolutely recommend Canary Tours for your trip! - I decided to use Canary Tours for a 2 day trip to Luxor from Hurghada including Hot Air Balloon. I am not easily impressed , I am very easily irritated by bad service so I don't write good reviews often. If I am saying it's good you can be 100% that I mean it. No incentive was provided to me at all to create this review. In fact the tour was very expensive and I was initially sceptical about value for money, I was worried I may have done the wrong thing. I paid 30% deposit in advance via bank transfer, and then when we arrived in Hurghada , Mr Aladdin Darwish came to visit us in person at our hotel to collect the rest of the payment (cash sterling). I was very hesitant to pay cash upfront but he was very transparent - he could sense my nervousness and made sure I took a copy of his government ID and proof that I had paid him , including a photo together , in order to alleviate any concerns. He was also extremely patient in answering the many many questions which I sent to him on Facebook Messenger. I felt like he is a trustworthy and honest person! Now we can honestly say they were the best 2 days of our holiday , a once in a lifetime experience!! Everything :  the transport , guide, hotel, hot air balloon , felucca ride, the lunch, the historical sites, all were 5 Star excellence !!! 🌟🌟👌👌 It was an expensive trip but it was definitely worth the money, we have no regrets at all !! The tour guide Salah was incredible , he was so brilliant and much better than our guide from Falcon Tours in  Cairo. He is extremely friendly, and so knowledgeable. His passion and expertise on Ancient Egypt is very evident. His English is also excellent which helps make the experience more comfortable , because we were able to ask him further information about the sites we visited. (Valley of the Kings , Hatshepsut Temple , Colossi of Memnon , Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple) . We learnt so much from him. His storytelling is very compelling and it was like listening to the history come alive!! He made our experience very pleasant and made sure we were able to see everything we wanted to. Anything we needed , he provided. He even asked the restaurant staff to clean the ladies toilets so I could use them.  I cannot praise him enough!!😊🙏🙏 The Jolie Ville Resort is so beautiful , it felt like we were in a peaceful paradise , it is an excellent choice of hotel which was provided to us and I am so grateful. Here we were able to relax and  watch a beautiful sunset over the Nile after a very hectic morning sightseeing. The transport from Ahmed and Ali was great, very safe and professional driving!! It took 4 hours each way from Hurghada to Luxor and back. The Salem hot air balloon company was also excellent , they arrived on time and escorted us via boat ride to the balloon takeoff site. The person who picked us up , Ashraf, was very friendly and funny and helpful. Our balloon was the first one up and we saw the incredible sunrise. The balloon captain was also very professional and showed us which sites we could see from the balloon. We even got certificates at the end which was nice! 😊 The lunch at Restaurant París on the west bank and El Hussain restaurant on the east bank were also great choices. They have very good Google reviews. The food was delicious! I am happy that Canary Tours did not send us to a cheap tourist buffet like other companies!! 🤣 The felucca/boat trip was the perfect end to our time in Luxor, we were the only 2 people on the boat and we had a great time sailing on the Nile! If you have any doubts about this tour, I'm telling you now, it's honestly excellent . I was genuinely surprised and impressed, and those 2 days really were our favourite. If I ever came back to Hurghada I would not hesitate to use Canary Tours again.
