amazing - The perfect experience in my life. The day was fun from the beginning in the morning. The hot balloon is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I advise everyone to try it. Thanks, Fam and Tony. They're very kind people. We met them after the balloon landed. Thank you very much. A worthwhile experience.

My first day is shortest - The experience was fun, the balloon view gave the eyes of Captain Ma Qasr, the view of the canyon was beautiful and the smallest city was beautiful and we ⁇ the experience
And the young Fame and Tony are good enough Nazi guides to give them well-being, give us drinks and complimentary gifts of sweet chili

Guides Fam and Tony make my day - It was a day to remember, the captain was so nice and the team was so cleaver , the view is amazing
and after the balloon ride we meet a sweet talker and very clever man his name is Fam Fahmy and his friend tony who gives us a free gifts and was so kind with us

Very good - It was a very good and varied tour with pola salah

Visiting Luxor - Hello, my review is a little later than we was there, its really cool tour our balloon was sadly cancelled because of bad weather. Our tour guide Mohammed Elezeb Mumu was perfect he will show u some local places like parfume shop which is really cool 😎 highly recommend und hope so you will not have bad weather hehe 😅

Very medium organization - We booked the 5:30 a.m. slot. The day before we were told that we were upgraded and that we would leave at 4:45 with the driver for the first flight, so we accepted and found the driver at the agreed time. However we were kept waiting in the car right next to the hotel for about 45 minutes before leaving. No explanation was given to us. In reality they were waiting for other participants to fill their cars. It could have been announced beforehand in order to avoid getting up so early unnecessarily.
Then the staff was not pleasant: driver gives no explanation, unpleasant photo/video seller if you refuse to pay 20€ for his service.
At 5:45, we finally get to the place of departure. It is a wasteland where we are asked to stay in the cold without specifying the program.
But at 6:30, takeoff. Beautiful, beautiful scenery, it saves the bill. Little flat, the flight really lasts 15 minutes. The remaining 30 minutes, we are hovering not very high above the landing zone.
In short: a nice activity but a very bad organization.
