Awesome sunrise - The guide was very prompt, responsive and responsible he made sure we reached on time for the sunrise. And the view was amazing we took so many photos. Our hot air balloon captain (Anter) was very informative while we were passing monuments and we felt safe and he also did a 360 degree view of the sunrise so that everyone could get a panoramic picture and view.And also keep some extra change in your pockets to give to the people who help the hot air balloon land. (Its a tough job so give them some appreciation)

MUST DO IN LUXOR - Ahmed was our ground crew coordinator and anzie(?) was our captain- it was all coordinated so well, on time, efficient and safe. View was spectacular and landing smooth- — so glad we did it!

Amazing - Good organisation. We arrived at pick up point and entered a wrong car ( there were few), but this company is famous so drivers were able to direct us to the right vehicle. Everything was on time and smooth. Overall amazing experience. It is a must do in Luxor. Thank you !

I Strongly recomend not to miss this Experience - The Flight Was Incredible! And the Pilot Captain Anter, was really Amazing! This experience was far better than my expectation!

Egypt Luxor Hot Air Balloon - The scenery is beautiful, you can see the Valley of the Kings, the Queen's Palace, the Nile River, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Sahara Desert. Fortunately, we were able to see the sunrise. The team's waiting time for departure was too tight and nervous. But when I came back, the farm road was very uncomfortable, and I hope the back-end work can be improved. All in all, it was a wonderful hot air balloon flight experience.

First Hot air balloon with a mixed emotion excited and disappointed for a ride and Staff's unprofessional n out of rage - A hot air balloon was canceled, they/Tourguide refunded money at first, but luckily after 5 minutes, it was on to ready to fly. I was very excited to pay when Tourguide came back to collect money again. But when It was almost taken off, he called out loud to ask me to pay. I told him I did, but he didn't believe for until I came back from a fly. Even I tried to check my wallet three times, but found nothing. I asked my Egypt friend to help me for communication, but he chose not to believe. They made a scene in front of other Visitors that was really embarrassing! Not only that he pointed his finger to me and shouted that I was a liar! UNBELIEVABLE! Please respond to yourself these: 1/why you collect my money not long after the trip when you met me? 2/After refunding, a tour was reinstated, why did you collect all others, but me, who was always stood near and among them?!? Did that make any sense? I would not think and say he a liar, even now, because somehow he must lost it without notice. I know and understand everyone work hard and deserve to get paid. I don't mind to give them additional money. God loves and blesses me a lot, so I can share with them! Please find my hotel' s Receptionist to take it as my sympathy, but remember it doesn't definitely meant for the second payment. Here are reasons for my 3 stars vote: One star off for not giving customer a receipt; Another star off for not sharing/dividing angle of good view for people on both sides equally. I was so bored on this side more than 30 mins to see a farm only. He only changed position for less than 3 mins when I asked 😅. Other than that, they are good, safe fly, and very cheap for more than 45 mins (four times were more in my hometown for only less than 30 mins, but they was canceled because of bad weather!)

Didn't experience it due to cancellation - I was so excited to experience this Hot Air Balloon ride. But They Cancelled it due to Strong Winds. Bummer

Terrible - Terrible experience! They picked us up at 4:00 am and we missed the sunrise because they were so slow in everything. On top of this the balloon never turned around when up in the air so we only got to see the nile and not the temples. Waste of money and time
