Good trip - Tour guide Talaat was a great salesman, very friendly and is very good at what he does. He is very knowledgeable, provided good advice and was very helpful. Boat was nice, food was good and sights were great. There were lots of extra costs that we were not told about beforehand. For example, to see any of the sights, we had to pay for entry fees for all of them on the first day. We’re not told about a lot of the information about the tour until the day of the tour. Had to refer to the brochure about a lot of the information. Do not get the sleeper train if possible, was very dirty. Stains all over the bedding, ripped up carpet discoloured carpet, dirty dark brown windows, filthy toilet.

Our unforgettable trip to Luxor - Everything was awesome. We enjoyed all things we did in the full 2 day tours and made great memories, especially the hot air balloon ride and banana island. Not forgetting the honey tasting experience, the perfume smelling experience, the excellent kind driver Hussain Ahmed and the very learned and knowledgeable tour guide Hany Yassen who made our trip so memorable. Thanks to the driver Hussain Ahmed who treated us to fresh juice and ice cream for the whole family and Hany Yassen who taught us so much about Luxor and its sights and stories, and spoke excellent English. Also, the hot air balloon ride was amazing! We were all quite scared to go on but the pilot Ibrahim made us feel at ease immediately, he is very experienced in his job and gave us a smooth landing. Thanks to Excellent Air Balloons. I recommend them to everyone and give them 10/10 for their service. My family and children all enjoyed themselves very much, we have been to many places but this is something we will never forget. Thank you very much.

Amazing places - The tour was amazing and it was customised to accomodate our needs: carrying around a 2.5 years baby on a very hot day. It was a great experience and our guide made it very interesting

It was 40 ° and Ramadan and the driver were always concerned about my well being, they even stopped 2 times to buy me fresh water and snacks. Thanks for everything🙏🔝

Long days in Luxor - My sister and I had a whirlwind day and a half in Luxor that would not have been the same without Khaled. He contacted me before we arrived in Luxor to let us know he was at the train station. Because he knew our day would be full, he arranged for us to visit one site early. Along with his professionalism, he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the sites we visited and was able to provide insights we would not have been able to get otherwise. When we first arrived he provided his phone number and was very responsive whenever we reached out. I definitely recommend Khaled if you are considering a tour in Luxor.

Will definitely be back - It was a wonderful trip. I booked the tour already at 4AM but the tour company was still able to deliver. Summer was s great guide. She was good in time management because I only have limited time in Luxor. We were able to cover the places in the itenerary except Luxor Temple which I planned to visit at night but ended up missing because I fell asleep. She went above and beyond in helping me find a bank were I can exchange money. She took me to a great restsurant with delicious food. Lastly, she suggested on visiting the local craftstore for souvenirs but did not pressure me to buy. I will definitely recommend this tour and Summer as a guide. Oh, need to mention that our driver took good care as well

Best tour in Egypt - Hamdy was a great tour guide. Not only did he just talk about all the monuments you will see but also he will answer any questions you have about Egypt in general. My husband is really into history and him and Hamdy got along well and have a lot in common. I also liked how he gave us the freedom to skip the shopping and go eat lunch instead at our choosing McDonalds. I suffered from the heat out in the Valley of The Kings and he was very patient with me always needing to take a rest visiting every tomb. And he also talks in the car, talks about things we pass by, anything informative. Our tour guide in Cairo with the same company wasnt as enthusiastic nor passionate about being a tour guide as Hamdy.

Unique experience. - The information Khaled shared with us was very through and knowledgeable. It was a unique experience and the information shared was beyond what can be read in books. He had a great in-depth knowledge of ancient Egypt and its female rulers.
