Good experience - The tour was Good. The guide was a lovely person. Although sometimes it was difficult to understand his accent. What I booked was very nice.

Great experience - I took the tour in English because it is often easier to find a guide quickly
I was guided by Hassan Majed, who is an archaeologist and pottery restorer. He guided me through the day, he knows the subject very well and he is patient. After each explanation, he leaves some time to take pictures and also takes some of you. He is considerate and adapts to your level (physical and knowledge) having studied archaeology myself, even if I am not an Egyptologist m, I already have good knowledge and I asked him to explain me a little more than the basics. What he did and allowed me to expand my knowledge.
The guards know him and it's a plus for visits. I had a pleasant day and the company is treating the customer. They're really serious.

Great Experience - Great tour. Very knowledgeable and patient with children. Answered all the questions we had and provided advice on the best places to see.
Having done this and observing the entrance process at each site, I would recommend that if you are visiting with young children, don't try to do this yourself. Mahmoud and Elia made the trip so seamless and easy.
We were restricted on time and had to check out but they waited for us while we moved our luggage which was great. Also we switched collossi of memnon to Karnak Temple which wasn't a problem at all and I'm really glad we did because Karnak was one of the best sites we visited.
Also, take cash. This may seem obvious but some places take card but the transport within doesn't. Thankfully Mahmoud paid the cash for us so we didn't have to walk. Overall couldn't recommend these guys more

Amazing full day tour in Luxor - The trip was so amazing! Definitely a long day but they were very patient with us if we took a little extra time for photos, and the information was presented very well by Mina! We also were given some choice over what we were most interested to see in the Valley of the Kings and could personalize the tour to our interests a little bit.
Our group was small and very friendly, and we stuck together throughout the trip easily.
We managed to avoid any extra fees, but I would not recommend paying for the small shuttle at the sites as they are definitely within walking distance.
We also made a couple quick additional stops for refreshments which were much needed.
The lunch was really tasty and so much food, definitely a big plus on this tour! and the restaurant had a lovely view of some fields, and was away from the city a little so it was very peaceful.
In all, it was definitely worth every penny and I highly recommend this tour to anyone traveling in Luxor with limited time to see everything.

Hatsuhinode and Ruins Tour - We managed to get two tours on the same day by coordinating many times in advance so that we could go on the ruins tour after the balloon tour. If you want this company to do multiple tours per day, you should contact them via WhatsApp many times in advance. (Due to the lack of internal coordination.) Our guide Asma Saber was very energetic and guided us through the ruins in detail. They also took pictures.
