- Valley of the Kings - In the early morning, the tour guide will collect you from your hotel, Nile cruise, or Luxor Airport. You will then be comfortably transported in a private air-conditioned vehicle to Luxor’s West Bank. The first destination is the Valley of the Kings, a breathtaking burial site celebrated for its stunning architecture. This valley serves as the final resting place for numerous ancient Egyptian monarchs, including the renowned tombs of King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tutankhamun, Ramses VI, Merneptah, and Amenhotep II.
- Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Following this, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as El Deir El Bahari. This impressive edifice was commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut, the daughter of Thutmose I. She governed Egypt for approximately 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (circa 1490-1469 B.C.) and remains the only female pharaoh to have ruled over ancient Egypt.
- Colossi of Memnon - Then, proceed to the Colossi of Memnon, the towering statues that are the remnants of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Afterward, enjoy a lunch break at a local restaurant, where a complete meal is provided for each person (beverages not included).
- Temple of Karnak - Next, travel to the East Bank of Luxor to continue the tour with a visit to the Karnak Temple, one of the most extraordinary worship sites in history. It is dedicated to the god Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu.
- Luxor Temple - Conclude the day tour with a visit to the magnificent Luxor Temple, initially constructed by Amenhotep III during the 18th Dynasty of the New Kingdom and later completed by Ramses II in the 19th Dynasty. Afterward, you will be driven back to your hotel in Luxor or, if preferred, dropped off at Luxor Airport.
