Hot Air Balloon - The trip was great and the views were lovely. It was my first ride in a hot air balloon and the experience was amazing. Our guide Yousry was very helpful and kind and was with us throughout the whole journey. Thanks to our pilot Abdo for a smooth and informative journey and great landing :)) Will definitely do this again. Thanks for the lovely experience :)

Amazing sunrise balloon ride! - This trip was amazing! The ground crew and the flight crew were so professional and friendly. Our balloon went up on time and we were in the air for a lovely amount of time. The sunrise over the Valley of the Kings was special. Captain Ragab was fantastic and Hassan was an excellent guide. Recommend 10/10!

An unforgettable flight - Hassan & Usre our guides were really friendly. They picked us up on time at our Pension and also brought us back. The experience is crazy, a break in time.

Good price, better experience - Very good experience, we were picked up on time on the cruise, offered tea and coffee and the flight is very quiet. It is advisable to take the first shift to see the sunrise.

Review of Hot Air Balloon Experience - The hot air balloon experience was so good. The staff took great care in inflating and bringing the balloon down while landing. Yousry and Bakr treated us really well. Ramadan was a great pilot. One of our bucket list is now completed. Thanks you guys.

Trip was cancelled.... but here are my observations - Please keep in mind that the start point for this trip in fairly close to Luxor airport so if the wind is eastly you can't fly. We were unlucky on the day that the wind wasn't favourable (they told us around 10% of flights are cancelled). On a positive note I felt safety seemed important and they refunded ON THE SAME DAY which I was pretty impressed with. Can't rate any higher as the trip didn't happen but we were kept informed throughout. Very sad to have not been able to take the trip. Pick up from our Cruise was a tad problematic. Our guide called them several times to confirm details and we also confirmed via whatsapp. Then they took us in the dark through a trip hazard route to boat only to call and message to check where we were, we had been taken to the wrong place. Very apologetic.
