Egypt 2024 - If you ever in Egypt don’t forget to book your tours and transportation with Merna Moheb, she is simple exceptional and will do anything to make your stay more pleasant from beginning to end! She will answer all your question at 24/7. I made the biggest mistake by booking my land trip with an agent in Los Angeles and his services suck big time, I had an emergency and needed his assurance and his answer was “do it yourself” which I did and had to pay a lot of mom money out of my packet because he will not help! Merna got to be my best option a truly angel from God! Thank you Merna from the bottom of my heart ♥️

Best value for money - This tour is excellent value for money. The price was very reasonable with no extra charge even for one person. Mirna, the tour organizer, will support you throughout the tour using What’s App. I recommend it.

Ups and downs - The organiser Mirna was very efficient and the tours all started at the agreed time and covered everything expected and this is what l have based the 5 star review, the standard of the boat was another matter and l would encourage everyone if possible to investigate the standard of the river boat, they all have 5 star rating but it doesn't say which decade they gained the award

Really amazing trip - Trip was amazing! Mirna, representative of the operator took care all the things for the cruise from Luxor to Aswan, from ship accommodation, pickup and excursions to Edfu, Kom Ombo, Abu Simbel and Aswan.

Very good organized cruise! - The cruise was very nice, the food was very good, the staff were friendly, the organizer - mirna organized very well so the time asking if I am ok the sites were impressive, the guides were ok but b not that good, what I didn't like is the fact that I had to pay the water(I could understand the drinks) not that it was expensive because it wasn't but the principle... They picked me up when they said, Overall for what I paid it is 100 % worth it

Great value but not enough time in the temples - The boat was very nice, the rooms were clean and the buffet was good and had a variety of food. The employees were always friendly. The main reason we don't give a 5 star review is because the visits to the temples were too short and rushed by the guide. He would speak very fast in an English not so well mastered and kept asking us to hurry saying we would have free time to visit the temple and take pictures after. But he would only give us 10 minutes to do so...then we would return on the boat and wait several hours before departure, so giving us more time would be possible. For the price we paid, we are happy with the itinerary and the boat value. Would recommend but make sure to ask your guide to take more time. We cross half the planet to see the temples and we are rushed to visit in 30 minutes including the tour guide.

Where is my promised refund? - Original itinerary is 11am start and West Bank for a day then east bank half day and cruise departs on the second day. After booking they told us we had to do east & west banks in a day because the ship departs on the first day, says we should leave early like 6-7 am. We’ve already made plans for the morning before 11 Am and 5-6 hours will not do both banks justice. Plus we’d waste a day on the cruise doing nothing. Said it wasn’t possible and asked me to cancel - there is no option to cancel with refund. Asked viator to send refund request and still no reply for the refund despite numerous promises on WhatsApp.
