Amazing Tour of Luxor, the Valley of the Kings, and more! - We had a fabulous time with our guide from Horus Tours (sadly cannot recall his name due to my jetlag!). He was very knowledgeable, very open to taking photos for us, and made sure to take us to ALL the places, from Karnak (absolutely breathtaking) to the Valley of the Kings including King Tut's tomb, the Colossi of Memnon, and Luxor temple. We had a fabulous boat ride across the Nile and an amazing lunch at a beautiful spot overlooking the river. He was wonderful. I'd highly recommend this tour, especially if you're trying to fit in as much as possible in one day in Luxor. We had the most incredible time!

luxor tour - The guide Mohammed was great he explained really good he was very nice and flexible and he was honest. This tour was amazing to see all the key attractions of Luxor. I paid a little more to also see the temple of luxor which was worth it

Good guide - Very good guide, happy, funny, attentive, polite, told very much about Egypt history. The history was told in 2 languages - English and Russian. Our family is very happy with this guide. We recommend this guide and we wish him best of luck.

Worth every penny! - This is the tour to go with. For reference, this was our first family trip to Egypt, and we were traveling with two small but reasonably well traveled girls (ages 6 and 8). Let me start off with the tour operator, Mohamed. He is fantastic in every possible respect. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and kind. He was adaptable to our needs, especially with the kids and their little legs and bladders that needed a little deviation from what must be his normal tours — I would book with him every day if I could. The tour itself is excellent. All of the major highlights of Luxor in around 7 hours (for us — and we cut some things short because of the above limitations!), and Mohamed kept us interested in all the stories and history of everything we encountered. He also skipped the parts we told him we didn’t want to do, which was fantastic and gave us extra time at the places we really wanted to be. The included meal was excellent — a small restaurant with a genuine Egyptian offering, and we really enjoyed it. Don’t expect 5 star cuisine, but instead authentic home cooked food. When we make it back to Luxor one day I hope Mohamed is still here and able to accommodate us. He truly made the trip wonderful.
