Luxor Temple - Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor or from Luxor Airport. From the moment your tour begins, your guide will give you their full attention. Once in the car, they will discuss various points of interest along the way and other aspects of your tour that might intrigue you.

Start your tour at Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty of the New Kingdom and completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty. King Ramses II, the most renowned king of the 19th Dynasty, ruled Egypt for about 67 years. The temple was dedicated to the great god Amun-Ra, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu, collectively representing the Theban triad. Enjoy visiting the Obelisk of Ramses II in front of the 1st Pylon.

Temple of Karnak - Next, visit Karnak Temple, the greatest example of worship in history, dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. It was constructed from the beginning of the Middle Kingdom to the Graeco-Roman Kingdom.

Then, enjoy lunch at a lovely restaurant before we transfer you back to your hotel.

Valley of The Kings, Valley of Queens, Colossi of Memnon & Hatshepsut Temple.

Valley of the Kings - Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in the morning to start your tour by visiting the Valley of the Kings, known for its magnificent architecture used for burials. Many kings are buried in this valley, with the most famous tombs belonging to King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramesses VI, King Mrenptah, and Amenhotep II.

Valley of the Queens - Next, visit the Valley of the Queens, where queens and other high-ranking officials were buried. Known anciently as Ta-Set-Neferu, meaning “The Place of Beauty” or “The Place of the Royal Children,” the valley’s tombs were excavated by Ernesto Schiaparelli and Francesco Ballerini in the early 1900s.

The Valley of the Queens consists of the main wadi, which contains most of the tombs, along with the Valley of Prince Ahmose, the Valley of the Rope, the Valley of the Three Pits, and the Valley of the Dolmen. The main wadi contains 91 tombs, and the subsidiary valleys add another 19 tombs.

The burials in the subsidiary valleys all date to the 18th Dynasty. The reason for choosing the Valley of the Queens as a burial site is unknown, but its proximity to the workers’ village of Deir El-Medina is notable. The Valley of the Queens was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979.

Colossi of Memnon - Then, visit the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, which stand at the entrance of the ruined Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III, the largest temple in the Theban Necropolis. These statues have stood since 1350 BC and were well known to Ancient Greeks and Romans, as well as early modern travelers and Egyptologists. The statues contain 107 Roman-era inscriptions in Greek and Latin, dated between AD 20 and 250. Many inscriptions on the northernmost statue reference the Greek mythological king Memnon, whom the statue was mistakenly thought to represent.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmose I, who ruled Egypt for about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (1490–1469 B.C). She was the only pharaonic woman to reign over ancient Egypt.

Then, we will transfer you back to your hotel.

Edfu Temple & Komombo Temple.

Temple of Horus - We will pick you up from your hotel to visit the Temple of Edfu, a majestic temple dedicated to Horus, considered by many to be the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt. According to Egyptian myths, it is the place where the falcon-headed god Horus avenged his father Osiris’s murder by killing Seth.

Kom Ombo Temple - Then, visit the temple of Kom Ombo, which is shared by the two gods Sobek and Haroeris.

Afterward, enjoy lunch before we transfer you to Luxor airport.
