- Valley of the Kings - A representative from Terre Des Pharaons will pick you up from your Luxor hotel to explore the West Bank of Luxor. Begin your day by visiting the Valley of the Kings, renowned for its magnificent burial architecture. Many kings are interred in this valley, and you will visit three tombs, excluding the Tomb of King Tutankhamun. Next, proceed to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, constructed by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt for about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (circa 1490 to 1469 B.C.), the only female pharaoh to reign over ancient Egypt. Afterwards, you will be transported back to your hotel in Luxor.
- Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Enjoy a visit to the memorial temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which is unique in its architecture and demonstrates the queen’s power.
- Colossi of Memnon - Marvel at the two giant statues of King Amenhotep III, father of King Akhenaten. These statues were named Memnon during the Roman era.
