Outstanding service - From the moment we were greeted at the airport, it was clear that this luxury transfer service was a cut above the rest. The vehicle was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The driver was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the area, making the journey not just a transfer but a pleasant and informative experience. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the chilled water and refreshing towels provided upon arrival to the seamless handling of our luggage. We felt completely at ease and pampered throughout the entire journey, whether heading to our hotel or boarding our cruise. Recommended Service - Both persons we spoke to (Ahumar and our driver Rajesh) were friendly, accommodating, and responsive. When we had to make a few small changes to the location and schedule, they adjusted easily. Even though the original plan was to meet at the driveway, Rajesh met us at the arrival hall of the airport and was able to help with our luggage. He also took all our luggage on and off the car on both our arrival and departure dates. Pickup from the hotel (to go to the airport) was slightly delayed but not a big deal: we requested an earlier pickup at 10:30 (instead of the original 11:30, I think) but then we informed Rajesh on the day itself that we would be ready 10:40. He arrived around 10:50, probably because of a bit of traffic that day. Both ways, his driving was smooth and the car was comfortable and clean. He was also polite and quiet but readily answered any touristy questions we had. All in all, we had a good experience and recommend their service. 👍🏼

Airport to hotel transfer - The mini bus that picked us up was blowing lots of smoke and the driver had the back open and the engine running so when we got inside there was lots of exhaust fumes inside the vehicle. Not sure I would use this company again. On previous trips we have been picked up in a limousine. That is what I would have expected for $74 Singapore Dollars.

Worst of worst - Didn’t contact me on time and didn’t make it clear about communication method. End up losing my money and took a taxi to my hotel. 100% not recommended.
