- Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
- Expecting mothers are restricted.
- For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you have respiratory problems, injuries, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness.
- For your safety, reef access is subject to age (8 to 60) and physical condition guidelines set by the Harbor Master’s Office.
- The pickup time depends on your hotel’s location.

A great family day! - Many and crew were attentive, professional, and really fun! They expertly guided us through and fun day of snorkeling and touring the island. My 8 year olds loved their best life!

Great excursion - This was so fun!
The boat was so clean and the experiences were awesome! We got to snorkel in the middle of the coral reef and got to see some amazing fish and statues in the bottom of the ocean. The crew was super friendly and efficient!
After we arrived on the island you get three hours of free time to explore by yourself. My friend and I rented a golf cart and drove around the island, definitely a fun experience.
The only thing I was not able to enjoy was the lunch, it looked really good but the problem was that it was served at 9:30 am, and we had just gotten a big breakfast at the hotel earlier that day so we were pretty full.
Definitely recommend this experience.

Wonderful experience - The tour guide took very good care of me because I was a solo traveler. He made sure to keep an eye on me, so that I would not get lost or taken advantage of. He was very knowledgeable very helpful and his attitude was absolutely fantastic. Adair is great and so is his team.

Nice trip - Nice trip to the island. Plenty to do while your there. We weren’t able to do the snorkeling due to rough seas. It would have been nice the water is so clear and beautiful.

Really fun day out with a professional team - Really enjoyable day! We had some doubts when we first arrived as checkin felt a bit chaotic but it was literally smooth sailing after that! We team on the boat were professional and very organised. There’s a photographer on board and they’ll look to sell you the photos on the way back. I never like that sort of thing but he actually did an amazing job and we bought them as a souvenir because they were so good. There was plenty of snorkelling equipment but we chose just to remain on the boat. The buffet lunch on Isla Mujeres was fine - as good as any large group buffet can be. The portions were generous and the staff attentive with drinks. As always, a tip is appreciated. They put little containers on each of their tables so it’s a bit awkward if you don’t want to tip (especially at a buffet) but it was so hot that I think everyone working in it deserves tips! On the boat coming back there was plenty of drinks and dancing. We even spotted a huge sea turtle. Highly recommend this trip.

Isla Mujeres - No vale la pena, el buffet no es de lujo, en la playa tienes que pagar x la sombra y las tumbonas, el lugar es lindo pero la excursión no.luego te llevan a otra parte de la isla, ahí podes alquilar taxi o carrito de golf para recorrerla, eso tampoco está incluido, solo tiene un paseo marítimo pintoresco el resto un poblado bastante descuidado, basura por muchos lados, y negocios en la calle principal atiborrados de recuerdos ( todos iguales), en el barco pasan música y ofrecen constantemente bebidas y al final del tour sugieren dejar propinas, en fin demasiado comercial la excursión, lejos de contarte algo sobre la isla o sobre la naturaleza y población de allí, no fue lo que esperaba está sobrevalorado

Not what I hoped for - The snorkeling was cancelled due to weather. Boat took us to the dirtiest part of downtown in the island for 3 hours and then we came home. Music, food and drinks were not good and most of my group felt seasick

No refund after requesting on time - I re posted a refund for my 3 reservations and only 2 got cancelled. They would not refund the 3rd one. We had 27 ppl altogether

Wouldn’t do again - No rain. No wind. No thunderstorms. But unfortunately still not able to go snorkeling or into the water
They changed our dock fee on us stating one of our bookings was cheaper so that’s why we had to pay $15 more per person even the wrist bands said $10 mxn and they blocked it out so beware they make their own dock fee charge
The boat crew was friendly and did their best to pivot despite all it was was a water taxi to isla mueres. They really should have cancelled or refunded money because that was a joke.
