Smooth Luxury Professional Service - After much deliberation, decided to go with STP Caribe for our transfer needs. Book it, you won’t regret it. Incredibly professional team, communication from the very beginning, Nelson was waiting for us at the airport and we chatted via WhatsApp and he was very patiently waiting to pick us up. Very professional driver, very knowledgeable about the area, Mexico in general, the ride went beyond smoothly and in the cleanest of SUV luxury cars. I will book with STP again and again and ask for Nelson!

Luxury experience - Emmanuel was so professional and so great. The driver was on time, clear instructions were given by our greeter Carlos on where to meet him and what to do once we got out of the airport and both Carlos and Emmanuel were very helpful. It was a stress free experience and I loved it.

Best luxury travel service - Thank you so much Mr. Gomez! He was amazing, I was blessed with the most amazing & wonderful driver. He did an amazing job with his service, I enjoyed every bit of it. When landing, he instantly messaged me to show me where he was going to be waiting for me and then he introduced me to the new Maybach truck! It was the luxury SUV I loved it sooooo much I didn’t want to get out! The vehicle was very clean and he drove me to my destination with care. He played some of my favorite songs during the ride and showed around the area of my destination. He also offered snacks and drinks during the ride. He played a birthday song for me because I told him it was my birthday and he also stopped for a bathroom break. He is such a friendly, funny, and polite man. I’m definitely booking again with him soon. When you book ask for Mr Gomez you won’t be disappointed!

A M A Z I N G - I loved how professional and nice both drivers were to and from the airport. Felt exactly how I wanted to feel. Like a boss lol Edgar had flowers and wine waiting for me at the airport as a surprise for my wife for our anniversary and her birthday. Everything was great and Edgar made sure to make it a memorable moment from the airport to the resort. Definitely booking with them again.

Beware! Extra charges after booking! - Beware! Extra charges after booking! Attempted to book with STP Caribe for round trip from Airport to Puerto Juerez Ferry Terminal. I chose them because of past good experiences but not this time. After booking, Luis reached out via email attempting to charge me $50 (using a web link that was only in Spanish) because we had selected Cancun and not Playa Mujeres. Puerto Juarez Terminal is within the city of Cancun not Playa Mujeres. If STP Caribe wants to charge more it should be clearly listed on website what locations are covered under each area they have on their website. Avoid booking with them for trips to Puerto Juarez Ferry Terminal or be prepared for extra fees after booking.
