Driver Communication:
The driver will contact you via phone upon their arrival at the pickup location to confirm their presence and address any questions you may have. Please ensure your mobile phone is turned on and accessible for smooth communication.

Vehicle Information:
To help identify your vehicle, the driver will provide details such as the make, model, and color of the car. Additionally, they will share the last three digits of the vehicle’s license plate.

Route Information:
Our service typically follows a direct route to your destination, ensuring an efficient travel experience. If you prefer a scenic route for a more leisurely journey, please inform us in advance. We can customize the route to include beautiful landmarks and attractions, although this may extend the travel time.
