Arrival and Departure Information

Please reconfirm your pick-up within 24 hours of arrival via the Oasis Transport homepage or by contacting us at +61 431 133 713. Ensure your flight number and scheduled arrival time are accurate.

Domestic Arrivals
Upon landing, proceed to the baggage carousel claim area where your driver will be waiting, holding a sign (tablet) with your name and arrival flight number. Look for a dark blue shirt with the Oasis logo.

International Arrivals
After clearing Customs and Immigration and entering the arrival hall, your driver will be waiting, holding a sign (tablet) with your name and arrival flight number. Look for a dark blue shirt with the Oasis logo.

Departure Information
Provide your departing flight number and time when making your reservation to ensure a stress-free departure. Recommended pick-up times and arrival times at the airport may vary depending on local events, departure time, and required terminal (Domestic or International).

Delayed Flights
Oasis Transport tracks and monitors all arriving flights. In case of a delay, there is no need to contact us; our driver will meet you accordingly.

Cancelled Flights
If your flight is cancelled or changed, please call us immediately to arrange alternative pick-up times.
