Excellent discovery - Although for a short experience from the airport to the hotel, we would still choose “NCC Star Roma”. The professionalism, skill and seriousness of the driver was impeccable. We arrived in Rome on a sad rainy day and the driver immediately welcomed us with umbrellas and taking our luggage to avoid getting wet. I really appreciated this gesture, albeit small, because I think it is the details that make the difference in services of this type. He was also very kind in suggesting what to visit and restaurants to try. Unfortunately we discovered too late that among the various services made available there were private tours of Rome, but we will certainly have an opportunity the next time we return to Rome to try this experience.
