On the day of your journey, the exact pick-up schedule will be communicated based on traffic conditions and your designated pick-up station.

Upon arrival at your pick-up location, our shuttles, which are distinctly painted pink, will be easy to spot.

The driver will assist with loading your luggage onto the shuttle. If you have sports equipment like surfboards or kiteboarding gear, it will be securely placed on the roof racks designed for such items.

During the trip, there will be a refreshment break, allowing you to stretch, use the restroom, and purchase coffee and snacks.

At your drop-off station, the driver will assist you with your belongings. Please ensure nothing is left behind.
