Excellent alternative - It was necessary within so much wonder and disconnection, to go for a walk and see the sunset from the sea itself. Very good group and the guide Ivan from boat number 7 made the tour in a very friendly and entertaining way. Grateful

Great ride - Our sunset sail was amazing! The weather wasn’t the best however they made it fun. Food was delicious and drinks were great and they refilled them for us. Ramon was our guide and he was great and so was the rest of the crew.

Beautiful romantic night. - Captain and crew were VERY attentive to all passengers. The mood was light and relaxing. We saw 5 turtles and one marriage proposal.

Great experience and photographer - Very beautiful, I didn't realize there was going to be a photographer to take pictures of you. It was $20 USD for one picture or $60 USD for all of them so I picked to have all of them. Would definitely do this again!

Ship #4 was awesome 😁 - The captain and crew were amazing they were funny, gracious and so much fun. The charcuterie board was so good as were the drinks and the people we met were awesome! Great experience!!!

Great, romantic sailing trip at sunset - So great! LOVE The Adventures Group and have gone with them on many excursions. LOVED the sail. A couple got engaged on our trip. Very sweet.

Trip awesome customer service could use work! - The whole thing was beautiful and the special appearance from 2 dolphins made it even more amazing! My only issue is no one told us how to get the photos after?! Then when I contacted customer service they refused to answer if someone was supposed to email me the pictures or if I needed to buy them somewhere instead she told me to contact funjet (the travel agency that booked my flight/hotel) I contact them and as expected they told me they don’t do anything with the excursions to contact the company directly 😒 we were going to go again when we get married with our entire wedding party but if it’s this hard to get a couple photos that we’re taken I think we will look elsewhere. Too bad because Martin and Ramon (sorry if I spelt those way wrong) were amazing and made the whole trip what it was

Nice even though no sunset - Very nice staff, free drink and food. Very cloudy day so no sunset but really nice boat ride anyway. (We did ours from playa del carmen so I don’t know if is the same)

Not a cruise at all. Parked in a cove - While in Cancun we decided to book this Luxury Sunset Cruise. It started poorly with a very long time spent driving to pick up other people from other resorts. 1.5 hours later we arrived at the dock. Filled out the simple registration quickly and didn’t wait long to get on the boat. Once onboard we pushed out into very large waves. The boat was rocking so much that at least 2 passengers threw up. After about 30 minutes of that we parked in a cove filled with many other boats. This wasn’t a cruise at all. I suspect that local authorities told all boats to go park. This was so disappointing. They should have just canceled and gave us our money back. Finally the “cruise” was over and then we spent another 2 hours getting back to our resort. It was a long and frustrating experience. The crew was nice and friendly, however the experience was not luxury, and nor was it a cruise at all.
