Our professional driver will be at the cruise terminal to greet you at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. They will be holding a signboard with your name at the cruise disembarking gate to make the meeting point easily identifiable. Rest assured, they will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle promptly.

If the pickup is from one of the hotels, our driver will be delighted to meet you at the reception.

Once you’re comfortably seated in our vehicle, our driver will transport you to your chosen destination, either Heathrow or Gatwick, whether it be the airport or hotel.

Please note that the journey will take approximately 80 to 120 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Upon your arrival, our driver will assist with unloading your luggage and bid you farewell.
