Once a booking is made, the pick-up time and location will be confirmed. Notification will be sent upon the driver’s arrival at the pick-up spot, and a 5-minute grace period is allowed if no communication is made. After greeting, the driver will proceed to take you to your specified drop-off location. For roundtrip bookings, please call or message the provided number 30 minutes prior to the pick-up time. The pick-up time may be shorter depending on the driver’s proximity.

Extras: For a late-night experience, we ensure you get home safely after a night out. A driver will wait outside the lounge or club until you’re ready to leave. Please note, this service is not included in the original payment, and waiting time will be charged after midnight.
