Very prompt dependable drivers - I was very concerned about transportation to and from the airport with a party of 3. After reading reviews I decided to use a taxi. Two days before the trip I changed my mind. What a great decision! We exited the airport and told the greeter that are transportation was booked through AO at 3:15 however we had arrived early. He told us to stand to the right. The lady next to me (who had been waiting) asked me if I was waiting on TCI , I told her “No, I booked through AO”. Our SUV pulled up 4 minutes later and loaded us and we were the first ones off. The other couple was still waiting when we left. The SUV was very large. It did smell of smoke but no big deal. The driver answered all of my husbands many questions. We safely and quickly arrived at our resort. I received a notification that I had to confirm 24 hours prior to my departure. I tried to call the number but got a voice message so sent an email. I received a response within the hour. On the day of departure, I could see an SUV waiting at the hotel entrance at 9:10 even though I had reserved the SUV at 9:30. I was surprised that this was our driver so we checked out and headed to the airport. We arrived in plenty of time. Even though the price was higher than a taxi, I was pleased with this service. They were definitely prompt and professional.

Delayed family travel - Our arrival was an hour delay and Danny was communicating waiting for us when we arrived. Such a great experience !

Not good. - Not great I had to initiate a conversation with our driver. Car smelled like pot too. I have grandkids in the vehicle. Wasn't worth the money.
