Great option! - Great service! Our driver met us right at the airport and took us to our hotel. Our flight was delayed and they waited for us. Would definitely book again!

A fabulous French connection - We were a group of 7 including two infants, age 4 and 2. our driver was very courteous and helpful in not only taking care of bags, which there were 11 pieces, but also with assisting at car seat placement and assisting children on the van. He was efficient getting us to our hotel, then again in reverse, taking care of the kids, luggage, and any questions we had when we arrived. Can’t say enough about how helpful this man was.

Think before renting a car from Europcar. - I inform the public... and contact the General Management of EUROPCAR France. It is not because there is a small 15 cm mark of white pavement paint on the left rear tire of the car (which I was obliged to rent from you because the one I had reserved for €219, 8 days earlier, was not free.) that Europcar authorizes itself to impose +87 € administrative costs on me, so, instead of paying 299€ you bill me 386€.. What was the point of paying you all ALL-RISK INSURANCE without excess and all supplements if you do not respect your commitments...? On May 31, 24 reservation 1175722823, instead of a Toyota, we had to take 1 Chinese Link&co hybrid and already at the start we were told "it's full".. the fuel gauge showed a range of 390km... We were deceived because when we returned the car on June 4th we refueled and it showed 520km... 1st cheat... almost a €20 difference. On June 4 at 12:30 p.m. the gentleman who came to check the condition of the car told us since you have all ALL RISK insurance without excess etc. everything is fine He made me sign an electronic tablet such as an ipad with my finger, where nothing was readable... but I noticed this additional amount of €87 on the invoice received. This practice is shameful and shameful... Europcar, I will never rent a vehicle from EUROPCAR again. PS: Mr. the General Director of Europcar, you should also know that the two young ladies (A & N) with whom I asked by telephone and by e-mail did not want to know anything and dismissed me quite sharply if this is aggressively.. it is not honorable to speak to an 81 year old customer in this manner.

Terrible - They didn't meet us at the airport with our names ( very scary as we are all over 70 ) with the 2 vans we ordered and paid for. They argued with me about picking up 7 of us from 1 international terminal and me at a different international terminal. They were 20 mins late after I sent a message wondering where they were. Then that is when they called me to say because we were in 2 different terminals they needed 2 contacts. And they brought 1 van instead of 2. They only agreed because I was so upset! They squeezed us all with 11 bags into the 8 seater van. The exit door at the airport was filled with people holding signs that our names were not on.

Awful experience - I decided to book a car rather than take a taxi--so, someone would be waiting for me as I came out of baggage claim. Not only was no one there, when I tried to call, it was in French. I had to find someone to call the company. It was 45 minutes before a driver showed up. They did try to call, but I was busy looking for someone to help me. I will definitely not book with this company ever again.

Ripped off and not trustworthy, - Driver did not turn up and was not able to contact company. Phone number given on receipt was not available. Had help from Paris airport staff, and was also not able to contact company phone numbers. Also spoke to other transport drivers and was told we were in correct location. Ended up waiting 1 hour and then proceeded to taxi service, which was cheaper than the service offered. Do not use this website as they are a ripoff and do not give you contact numbers. Other companies we have used on this trip have had contact details and phone numbers that work and they also contacted us as well.
