Honest review, could just go a little smother. Apart from that great trip. - So my wife, my son (21), his partner and myself went on the trip today.
I was contacted on arrival in Sharm by the company and they contacted me with pick up time via WhatsApp.
I was told to be outside my hotel main gate for 8am, but I wasn’t picked up until 08:30.
When we arrived at the tour location we were checked in at the dive/snorkelling centre. We then stood around for over an hour in the heat with no explanation and no free refreshments, they don’t start until you get on the boat.
The boat left the marina some time after 10am and headed to our first dive/swim. At this point with just the staff onboard in charge things went great.
Although my family had only booked for the snorkel and White Island, I decided as a PADI diver to dive the second location, which was fantastic. The guides really made the trip.
Refreshments were a cooler of water and bottles of coke and Fanta. You need to use small plastic cups, but they can be refilled as much as you like.
At White Island you need to get to the island as a group and return as a group. This wasn’t great as by that time I know I had burnt my back but I was not allowed to return to the boat to cover up.
We got back to the centre around 18:00.
Things were better organised for the return journeys and we were returned to our hotel front gate.
All in all apart from the organisation at the start of the day being quite poor the rest of the trip was a lot of fun and well worth the money we paid.
I would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worth it - Good experience
They contact you by WhatsApp to confirm hotel times and location. They pick you up on time and take you to the port. There if you have to wait about two hours until the remaining passengers arrive to board.
The boat people are very attentive and the guides very helpful and professional.
All ok except that at the time of hiring it says that there is Guide in Spanish and there speaks no Spanish and the other thing is that it says that the life jackets are included and when you arrive at the port they tell you that if you need them you must rent them right there since they do not supply them (€4 for c/u , in my case €16)

Good experience with little room for improvement. - Well organised in all the chaos.
The guides, crew and everyone on board were extremely kind and caring.
The only negative thing about the day was the fact that we waited very long for the people diving, so we weren’t back at the hotel until 20.00, which was 3 hours later than expected, so the day was a bit too long, so maybe that could’ve been arranged better.
For a diabetic I would’ve liked diet options for the drinks which I requested beforehand but I don’t think they were able to take such specific requests due to the amount of people onboard the boats.

Snorkeling a Ras Mohammed - Well organized hike, but with some downtime. The snorkeling took place at the Seven Pools Reef. The other stop at Isola Bianca is very nice, but no snorkeling, it's a walk in the water on a strip of land partially covered by the sea. However it is a beautiful landscape with crystal clear water and an intense blue.
Very comfortable boat, lunch right and well organized, experienced crew.

La Luna is the slowest boat on the red sea! - The white island you going to visit is actually 1-2 meters wide and 200 meters long. There are hundreds of people on it and nothing to do apart of making few photos that will not be any different to your hotel beach photos. You will have to jump into water and swim in order to get there. You can not see it from the sea as there is so many boats park around it.
La Luna was the name of our "luxury yacht" and is not luxury at all. It was the slowest boat of the whole fleet. It is just a boat with 3 levels. Everyone over took us wherever we go. There was nothing very bad, plenty of space but it is not luxury in any way. Boat will have plenty of water for you whenever you want, large meal was provided and it was ok as long you are vegan or enjoy no meat from time to time like I did, portion was big as well. Other fizzy drinks available during lunch time. Crew on ship included at least 7 people are very friendly. Captain, photographer, cook and I think 4-6 staff looking after people in water during snorkeling or scuba diving time. All safety was clearly explained to us on the boat and we felt safe to leave our belongings unattended.
Reef experience. There is 2 stops in national park waters where team will split people into smaller groups. Snorkeling group will have at least 2 staff looking after small group each. Will take you around reef and bring back to boat. Then take another group. Even people whom do not swim well will find it good as they can all hold to rescue 🛟 while in life west and will be trailed around reef. We swim without west's just mask and fins close to main group. This is the best part of the day. One round take around 20 minutes with plenty of different fishes coming and going. Mainly small fishes with occasional big one appearing near by. We manage to go twice on first reef stop and twice later on when we stop again on another side of coral reef. Beautiful time and memories that me and my partner enjoyed a lot.
Scuba diving we haven't done. All I know there was possibility of getting underwater photos. Scuba diving was done after some training that has happened on the boat while we was getting there. No previous experience or training was necessary. It was done on one to one basis with instructor.
Time of your trip depended on number of people wanting scuba diving. We suppose be in hotel before 5 and just manage to come back after 8pm due to large number of scuba divers. They didn't say no to anyone.
We was taken from hotel to seaport where things was very unorganised. Passed form hands to hand until we reach our boat on a number of occasions. Return was looking similar but a bit better due to port being not busy.
You get what you pay they said and I would do it again just demanding different boat and would skip final destination witch is a bit of sant in nowhere. Reef was ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
