Fantastic Experience - Fantastic experience. The guide spoke very english and was very knowledgeable. Despite being late the company rang me to say where the guide was and she was waiting, i was very impressed. The tour itself was very interesting and cool. highly recommended.

Absolutely fabtastic - What a brilliant tour we had. I booked this tour as we’d never visited Lviv despite my husband been from Ukraine. Our guide Paul was informative, friendly and showed us so many places we’d never have discovered. His knowledge was incredible. It’s a definite must if you are in Ukraine.

LVIV Underground Private Tour - I almost missed this tour because I did not know I had to meet up with my guide..still I took a taxi hoping to meet at the Opera house but didn’t realize that my taxi dropped me off at the wrong location. Unfamiliar with the city, I took a taxi and went back to my hotel. What my guide did was amazing..after almost 2 & a half hours of waiting for me, she came directly to my hotel and picked me up and my day was salvaged. She did not rush the tour and was very knowledgeable and even took me to get souvenirs and walked me back to my hotel afterwards. Amazing!

Our guide was waiting for us perfectly on time. We loved all the places where he took us, it was an amazing mixture of ancient, recent and modern athmosphere of the city ! We would never experience it without the tour. Thanks a lot for amazing memories we still keep alive in our mind !

Great Experience with Underground Tour + Uliana - We had a great private tour with LvivBuddy tours and Uliana. The company was very communicative and instructions for meeting were easy and clear. Uliana was so informative and let us modify the tour agenda to skip a few stops that we had visited already that day. She provided great information, answered our questions, and sat with us for awhile for a break in the tour to talk about overall life in Lviv. Such a great experience and thank you Uliana!

A good experience - Widely travelled herself, Yulia - if that is how she spells her name - was an excellent guide on top of her subject, always willing to consider additional questions raised during this private, underground tour with a group of eight. Our group of four enjoyed the new vistas she added to our appreciation of Lviv. The visit to the Coffee Mine generated mixed feelings. Though the underground labyrinth was authentic and the caramelised coffee was fine, the very noisy show in the crammed up cave was too much off a good thing. The Dutch group

Fun overview of the basics - We had an almost three hour tour of several underground crypts and secret restaurants around Lviv. It’s our first trip here and we thoroughly enjoyed the private tour. Our guide was friendly, professional, and a good sport. We highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Lviv for the first time and just want a laid back introduction to some basic hotspots. Thanks for a great time!

Average-to-decent tour, guide in need of politeness - The tour goes to 3 underground parts of the city (the description says it's supposed to be 4), which gives you a nice insight about what Lviv has gone through since 13th century. The pick up was smooth, and the tour lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes (versus 2hr and 30mins advertised). During the visit to Church of the Jesuits underground, while explaining the mode of the city the guide was not articulate enough where we are on the city model. When asked to explain, she got impatient, and instead of being articulate and explaining the location in other words, made a joke in a words of "oh my god, you are like little children", in a not a nice or friendly tone. To a degree we were happy that the tour lasted a lot shorter than advertised.

Lviv Underground - Not much to see. Poorly lit. Uneven floor. Need cellphone flaslight to navigate safely. Very little historical items to see except mock-up of Lviv.
