Fantastic tour. - Nate was a terrific guide very knowledgeable and personable. We had a lot of fun with our group and the tastings were delicious. Highly recommend Nate and this tour. He took us to establishments that had history and character. Well worth our day trip to Lyon.

Awesome- we LOVED Nicholas (Nico)! - Awesome experience- learned so much about the history of Lyon and tasted some awesome wines, cheeses, meats, Bouchon, ice cream and pastries! Excellent tour! Highly recommend. Thank you Nico!

Not to be missed!! - This was the best food experience tour we have ever done and we have done many during our travels over the years. From start to finish our guide was engaging, informative, personable, funny - all the ingredients for an excellent tour experience. Our wonderful guide shared many interesting historical things with us and added in extra little visits to nearby places of interest eg the long passageways that link some Lyon buildings and how these were used during the war. The food and the places we visited were exceptional. Friendly well-informed professionals shared their food passions with us - and their food. It was fabulous. There was no standing out on the street eating tiny samples of things. We sat at beautifully laid tables with wine accompanying most tasting sessions. This tour will be the highlight of your whole trip to Lyon!

Ballad Gastro with Nathalie - Very good times spent with Nathalie who made us discover the old lyon through its history and gastronomy. The places chosen by the guide were perfect with funny and passionate local speakers. Thank you for all the information of Nathalie that allowed us to finish our weekend well together. I recommend this activity to those who want to have a good time with nice people and ENJOY the good things!

A bracket - Thank you very much to Nathalie (our guide) for this moment of conviviality, yet being “Lyonnais Lyonnaise” we learned things , we met traders who love their work and we didn’t feel obliged to buy their products (which by the way was very good). We recommend this food tour it was top👍

Great experience of Lyon's gastronomy and history - I had a great time at this food tasting tour. Our host Nate was full of joy and passion as he was telling us about the rich history and culture of the city, all while making us laugh. He was a great host, and we all had a great time. The stops we had for the food tastings were also nicely thought out to help represent the many different aspects of Lyon gastronomy. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Exceptional experience with Nathalie - The 4 hour food tour was a lovely way to start our day. Nathalie was knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly and funny. We learned so much and enjoyed each taste. It was the perfect combination of seeing sights, walking and eating delicious food. Our tour was in English which was helpful and accessible to us. At the same time, Nathalie made us feel like insiders getting an authentic taste of Lyon. Merci beacoup pour une grand aventure.
