• La Part-Dieu - We will meet at 9:00 a.m. at 17 rue Dr Bouchut, next to Lyon Part-Dieu Station. From here we will depart by train to Vienne: a beautiful city on the banks of the Rhône River, just a 30-minute journey away.
• Vienne - As soon as we arrive, we will take a guided walking tour of the historic center of Vienne. For two hours we will contemplate its most emblematic monuments
• Saint Maurice Cathedral - For two hours we will contemplate its most emblematic monuments, among which the imposing Gothic façade of the Cathedral of San Mauricio stands out.
• Roman Temple of Augustus and Livia - And just a few meters from the San Mauricio church we will find the Temple of Augustus and Livia, which dates back to the city’s Roman era.
• Place de l’Hôtel de ville - After learning what Vienne was like in ancient times, we will continue the tour at the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville. In this square, in front of the Town Hall headquarters, we will discover some current curiosities of the city.
• Abbaye de Saint-André-le-Bas de Vienne - Next, we will approach the Abbey of Saint-André-le-Bas, another of the French medieval jewels on the banks of the Rhône. It will surprise you!
• Theatre de Vienne - Afterwards, we’ll head to the ancient Roman theater in Vienne to imagine what stage performances would have been like 2,000 years ago.
• Jardin de Cybele - At 12:00 p.m. we will conclude the tour in the Cybèle Archaeological Garden, which houses several Roman remains. After this, you will have two hours free to eat something on your own or continue walking around the city.

At 2:00 p.m. we will meet again to take the train back to Lyon Part-Dieu station.
