• Office of Tourism and Congress of Metropolis of Lyon - At 8:50 am, the English-speaking guide will greet participants in front of the Lyon Office de Tourisme building on Bellecour Square (50 meters opposite Le Royal Hotel). After a brief walk, participants will board an 8-seater minivan to commence the excursion.
• Romaneche-Thorins - After a 40-minute drive north from Lyon, enjoy the stunning wine route and explore the northern part of the Beaujolais region, known for its breathtaking landscapes and granite terroirs. Stop at Moulin-à-vent to learn about the Gamay grape and capture some photos.
• Fuisse - Continue to the Macon vineyards, the birthplace of the Chardonnay grape varietal, and pass through several charming villages built in ocher stone: Saint Véran, Leynes, Fuissé, etc.

At 10:45 a.m., visit a family wine estate. Discover its history and learn about wine-making and the art of aging in barrels.

Then, taste a selection of white and red wines, including the renowned Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. Experience the finesse and freshness of these perfectly balanced wines with a hint of oak.

• La Roche de Solutre - Continue the tour with a stop at Solutré Rock (493 meters), a natural masterpiece and symbol of Southern Burgundy.

Take a moment to admire this “Sphinx,” which overlooks the Mâcon vineyards and is recognized as a significant Palaeolithic site in France.

• Cluny - Delight in the exquisite cuisine of Southern Burgundy, including the famous beef bourguignon. Menus start at 24 euros during the week, not included.

Begin the afternoon with a stroll through the streets of Cluny, a city renowned worldwide for its abbey.

• La Roche-Vineuse - Continue the journey along a beautiful road to a charming Burgundy wine chateau that produces Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines.

With the guide, visit the vaulted cellar and the wine cellar, then taste six wines in a welcoming atmosphere.
