- If you prefer avoiding large gatherings of tourists and desire to explore the verdant landscape of nursery farms, cajuput forests in Mekong with fewer international travelers, this tour is tailor-made for you. At 6:30AM, we’ll take you from your hotel.
- The journey begins with a visit to the small Cai Be floating market, weaving through local barges brimming with fruits and veggies. We can optionally halt at local workshops to provide you a glimpse of the production of honey, coconut candy, pop-rice, and popcorn. A sumptuous lunch awaits you in the cool shade of local orchards on an Island.
- Post-lunch, a rowboat will ferry you further into the countryside through smaller canals, offering you tranquil moments. Then, we’ll head towards Dong Thap Muoi province. Here our main activities will include:
- Sampan Hand Rowing through Cajuput Forest
- Getting a taste of local cuisine

Amazing guide - Jenny is the best !!! She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, funny and kind. We had a limited amount of time in Saigon, so this tour was perfect. We covered the Caibe village then went to Xoe quyet in Mekong Delta where we saw a local honey farm, rode in horse and carriage, heard local music and went down the river in local boats.. I would definitely recommend Jenny as she really went above and beyond for us. We couldn't have asked for a better day or a better guide! :)
