Not safe not friendly - They really want to push you to purchase items you don’t need, only spend 15 minutes at the cave and beach. The cars are in VERY bad shape. Everyone’s tires were flat and out of alignment. Ours would swerve and the brake barely worked so we ended up switching to an atv which needed to be hot wired and had wires sticking out of it. Im honestly surprised we all made it safely. The staff isn’t really friendly (they weren’t mean though) they just want you to purchase things. It was a nice experience but it felt like a scam because we paid twice as much thinking it was a private tour and ended up in a big group, the only thing was we had private transportation which isn’t worth paying double. I would highly recommend using another company that prioritizes safety over profit.

Bad experience - Everything was terrible from the beginning to the end. The tour operator didn’t give us the correct pick up time and never answered all my messages. The experience itself was not better. The buggies we had were very old and in bad condition compared to the other tourists we met. And the staff was not friendly at all and spent the whole day trying to make us buy things… Do not recommand at all.
