Do it!! - Amazing two hours- gorgeous views of landscape and many dolphins. Sunset is always spectacular. Our captain, Elijah, was awesome! Very knowledgeable, kind and safe driver! My husband, sister and I Took our teenage girls and they loved it! Will go again

Wonderful sunset cruise! - We had so much fun on our boat ride! Troy, our captain, was awesome, and really catered to what we were wanting from our ride!

Relaxing - Hunter, our boatsman, was great. Nice, easy, and relaxing ride. The sunset was beautiful and even saw a few dolphins.

Awesome Adventure - This sunset cruise was an awesome adventure to take with friends. Thad played our favorite songs that we sang along to while watching the dolphins swim and the sun set over the Gulf! This experience was my most favorite part of our girls' trip!

Beautiful sunset over the Gulf with a knowledgeable captain - Captain Chris was a pleasure to ride with and answered all our questions about the gulf, the waterways, the animals, etc.. We had a great time and recommend him.

Sketchy trip! - We did not see any safety devices, no cooler or a cooler with no ice (as was advertised), no music (as advertised) because captain said his phone was dead, had to use one of our phones. We did enjoy our captain; however, he was only 24 and had only been in town 3 weeks, so not sure how much of a tour guide he was (which was also advertised). Captain did also ask if we minded if he relieved himself overboard while on cruise. We were happy we had a safe, fun trip--but not as advertised!

Lat minute cancellation - Sunset cruise was canceled 1 hour before the appointed time. We had already left our hotel in Clearwater beach to drive the 30 min to the pier. We had stopped at a restaurant for dinner on the way. The call came while we were at dinner. The captain said there was a problem with the boat. I was offered a refund or reschedule at a later date; we opted for the refund and have received notification that it is on the way. We appreciate that. What bothers me about this situation is that if we had to cancel 2 hours before the trip we wouldn’t have been refunded, we would have lost our money. I think the vendor and/or Viator should compensate me for the loss of time, gas, etc because of the cancellation. Perhaps a voucher for future use on viator is appropriate.
