- Poiso Campsite - We have our dinner around this area in a very special secret spot, an old mill refurbished in order to accomodate people, away from the crowds where we can enjoy our food and drinks with privacy . You can also dance to your favorite music as we have our 180 W Bluetooth Stereo available
- Pico do Arieiro - The sunset tour is another unique event as you will see the stars showing up in Pico do Areeiro and we have some drinks for our sunset guests and music as well. Its a special event catered to your personal tastes. We can accomodate special requests if given the information beforehand.
We also do the Sunset tour in Ponta do Pargo, the western tip of the island, especially if the weather in Pico do Arieiro isn’t ideal for the sunset for that particular day.

Admire the sunset from Madeira’s third-highest peak on a private or shared tour from Funchal to Pico do Arieiro. enjoy a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while watching the sunset.
Following pickup at your accommodation, we head towards Pico do Arieiro at an altitude of 1,818 meters where you can enjoy the sun setting in one of the island’s most beautiful settings. See shades of orange, pink, and red from above the clouds. After the sunset we towards a lovely spot near the mountains, an old mill, refurbished to accomodate people where you can enjoy your Dinner and drinks.

Before settling into your ideal viewing spot, enjoy the lovely scenery of Pico do Arieiro and then enjoy the sunset.
Buffet Style Dinner with Homemade and Local Food and Traditional drinks.
The Dinner Menu is dynamic and changes frequently for quality purposes, we cater to vegan, gluten free or vegetarian diets as well if requested beforehand
- Pickups in Calheta : 80 Euros for pickup and drop-off per booking (1-8 people)/ 50 Euros for pickup in Calheta and drop-off in Funchal
- Pickups in Ponta do Sol : 50 Euros for pickup and drop-off per booking (1-8 people)/ 35 Euros for pickup in Ponta do Sol and drop-off in Funchal
- Pickups in Ribeira Brava :40 Euros for pickup and drop-off per booking (1-8 people)/ 30 Euros for pickup in Ribeira Brava and drop-off in Funchal
- Sundays and Mondays the Sunset Tour has a lower cost but has no food or drinks included, as the kitchen staff has the afternoon off
- On Sundays and Mondays, we ONLY provide the product option of Sunset Transport (No Dinner). This option is Transportation ONLY without any food or drinks included.
- From Tuesdays to Saturdays, we offer the option of Sunset Guided Tour to Pico do Arieiro with Drinks and Food included.
- This tour will take place rain or shine. If the weather/visibility conditions are not good enough to enjoy the sunset at Pico do Arieiro, the tour will be changed to visit the west tip of the Island ( the Lighthouse of Ponta do Pargo) in Calheta or Rabaçal where you can enjoy an equally great sunset There are no refunds based on weather conditions, if there are sudden weather changes in the mountains we proceed to one of our alternative spots.

Spectacular Sunset - We came from Calheta and it was a long drive!!! But it was worth every minute. The sunset was spectacular and no picture could do it Justice. You are over the clouds and looks like you are in heaven. We did not have dinner.

Spectacular views - We were 6 in our family who went up the mountain to see the sunset. It was spectacular- everyone was amazed by the views. We did not eat the dinner and we came all the way from Calheta and it was a trip not to be missed.

We skipped the hike - We didn't want to home so we booked this. Some clouds but a decent view and good pictures. You won't see all of Madeira because you're above the clouds, but it's still a very nice view. The food and drinks were good. The driver was friendly and polite.

Absolutely recommendable and worth every euro - A really great experience. Unfortunately we were unlucky the first time, but we were allowed to go again and had a fantastic view. On the way back you stop at a small, rustic hut (don't be fooled by the first impression). The food was local and very tasty. There was sangria, beer and wine. I would do the tour again anytime.

Amazing Experience - Such a nice and suggested experience!
George was very nice, funny and very organized. He brought us to have dinner on a place around 1600m right before Pico Areiro, on the clouds. The sunset after was amazing, from the highest viewpoint

Sunset Tour to Pico do Arieiro - Amazing Tour Highly Recommend - Going up the mountain 1,812 metres above sea level was amazing. It was very cold - 5 degrees, but well worth it to see the amazing clouds and sunset.
The fog came and went in a blink of a eye. The sun set was amazing
Franco (the guide) was very friendly and knowledge able and the meal was simple dish of Paella with home made bread, Pineapple for afters with Sangria to drink, in a small watermill afterwards. I would recommend this trip 100%

Seamless pick up and drop off, friendly host and stunning nature - Views of a lifetime, good food, plenty of wine. Really enjoyed it.

Jorge and his Colleagues are Great Hosts! - While it was overcast in Funchal, we were promised that the sunset on Pico do Arieiro would be good. Well, it was not good, IT WAS FANTASTIC!. Jorge and his colleagues were generous hosts and delivered is to Pico in time to enjoy the area about 30 minutes before sunset. After sunset they drove us to a nice location about 20 minutes back towards town and served a very good homestyle buffet of baked chicken, vegetarian pasta, salad and dessert. Of course wine and beer was plentiful. It was a great time and exactly as promised.

Don't think,just book - Amazing sunset over the mountains, it felt surreal at times.. I would highly recommend this trip! It was organised very well and the dinner was tasty.
