- Baia de Camara de Lobos - Here you will have some time to explore the amazing Câmra de Lobos fishing bay.
- Cabo Girao - “It is the highest cape in Europe, at an elevation of 580 m, and is famous for its suspended glass platform.
The Cabo Girão viewpoint, situated on the highest promontory in Europe, at an elevation of 580 m, offers a vertiginous view of the fajãs of Rancho and Cabo Girão – small areas of cultivated land at the foot of the cliff – as well as magnificent panoramic views over the ocean and the municipalities of Câmara de Lobos and Funchal.
The viewpoint has been renovated, and a suspended glass platform, called a skywalk, was built.
It is an excellent spot to practice paragliding and base jumping. Recently, the Portuguese parachutist Mário Pardo performed a spectacular motorcycle leap here.
Nearby is the Chapel of Nossa Senhora de Fátima (Our Lady of Fátima), built in 1951 and one of the main pilgrimage sites of the island.” (visitmadeira.pt)
- Seixal - On visiting Seixal village you’ll have enough time to explore this area including the dark sand beach.
- Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools - In Porto Moniz we will stop for lunch for lunch and for a swim in lava natural pools.
- Ponta Do Sol - After Lunch in Porto Moniz we will go up towards Paul da Serra though some off-roads, then we cross Paul da Serra before making our way down towards Canhas where we will have our last stop of the day in the snack bar O Rochão.

Worth it!!! - Had an absolutely amazing day and Nuno, our guide was incredible. Very kind and knowledgeable. He made the tour and the off roading was very fun. All of the views and stops were amazing. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Experience tour with Ernesto - I really liked my Safari tour! A strong hug and huge thanks to the driver / guide ERNESTO!
Super attentive, friendly and took us to know Chamber of wolves, ribeira brava, paul da serra, Porto Moniz and Seixal! I hope soon when I return to do the tour to Santana and without a doubt I would choose the driver Ernesto again!

Amazing experience with Safari Madeira – Highly recommended! - I recently made the West Tour with the Madeira Safari and I can say it was one of the best island tour experiences I have ever done. The stunning landscape of Madeira, combined with the experienced and fun driving of our guide, Ernesto, made the tour even more special. Ernesto is an exceptional guide – very friendly, attentive and with extensive knowledge about the island. During the tour, he shared several interesting stories about the sights and was always very helpful with all our questions. Driving the mountain and the island’s most remote paths was a real adventure, with a view to breathtaking at every turn.
If you’re looking for an exciting and authentic way to explore Madeira, don’t miss out on this tour. The West Tour offers a great combination of adventure and natural beauty, and with Ernesto as a guide, the experience becomes even more unforgettable. I highly recommend!

Wonderful fantastic - Throughly recommend this tour. Our driver Silvio was very knowledgeable and fun !. The views were amazing. And the whole tour was so much fun, full of all kinds of adventure.

Must do tour - Brilliant tour, John was great. Constantly showing and telling us information about the island. He was a really nice host, he kept us entertained. Loved the off road part. John was a very skilled driver off and on road. Would highly recommend. Unable to see some of the views due to the cloud which could not be helped. Didn’t stop us having an enjoyable day.

Just GO! You won't be disappointed - Victor our guide was amazing! Full of information about the sites, had a good sense of humor, and spoke different languages for everyone in the jeep. I highly recommend doing the full day tour, it was one of the highlights of our stay in Madeira!
