Lovely experience made very enjoyable by our guide - Amazing experience. We went from Jeddah by bullet train. It took us 2 hours. Our guide was excellent and showed as around the holy site and took us to a farm for tea.

Good initiative - The service is good yet the price is quite overrated. It tours to different locations in Madina and has a headphone with a set of languages to choose from to explain about the visited locations. You can use your ticket for 24 hours and hop on and off as much as you wish. Yet, the bus we used was old and not quite a comfy chair. It is a good idea and needs more improvement.

Enjoy the ride - Nice tour with voice guide for many countries can listen. the bus have 2 storey and you can stay upper floor and can get open air and enjoy the ride. price at SAR 80 per person you can use for 24 hours. We stopped by at Uhud to visit Hamzah Graveyard of Uhud Battle and see the beautiful mountain of heaven. in addition we visit Mosque Quba. one of famous heritage place for Moslem people.

Not Worth just waist of money ! - I went to Madinah with my mother for omrah and I thought the bus is the best option to explore some historical sites as my mother can’t walk long distance. We took the bus and paid 80 riyals each. The bus was full it was only 3 seats available and two of them the audio was not working. So we decided to hop off at Uhud mountain then went back to the bus station and waited about 15 min for the next bus to come and again the audio was not working. I didn’t have problem with that because I know all the history of this sites but for someone who doesn’t know it’s really disappointing. Also the two buses we went on were poorly maintained. When we arrived at Qubaa mosque we decided to get off to pray at the mosque and at that time we really had enough of the bus and we decided not to hop on again and just went back to our hotel taking the golf cart from Qubaa mosque which costs 10 riyals each. Overall Not worth.

Too expensive - It goes through the important monuments but the narration is all bragging about the investments made and advertising for shopping. I did not feel it was about the religious part I wanted to hear. Over and above, it's very expensive and not worth it. 80 riyals is a lot. Easily book a local tour and bargain for less.

Not agree - It’s something expensive to buy specially travelling, rooms for haji, buy gifts too expensive…! Kindly it’s a humble request to government to keep a eye on seller points., and also why we have to pay tax for every buy

Incomplete information on website leading to much money lost - On the Booking page on the website is a message stating clearly that Stops 2 and 3 are not working (see screenshot attached). No mention of Stop 9. So we waited a long time at Stop 9 to start our tour. Then I phoned the number provided on the bus stop, only to be told that Stop 9 is not working. We do not have time to get to any other stop tonight. It was suggested we go to Stop 8 or 10, but we do not have time. Do not give this company your money before establishing that the buses are operating as advertised. First one-star review we have ever had to write.

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME - Such a Waste Of money, Bus is not frequant even though, they say it will come every hour, and it will not stop all they places they say, very bad customer service. just get a local guy they will do a better job for a good price. Please do not waste your money on this.

Not worth it!!! - Unorganized tour. Bus doesn't run on a schedule, you just catch it if you can. There is no guide. Terrible customer service. You can get a better tour deal from the locals here.

Better to hire a taxi / car for few hour with the English spoken driver he will be a guide too. - Unbelievably, bad experience on 12/26/2023. I came out off the bus but supervision told we will get the place to sit and then We will be able to listen the guide’s words. But before we get the place a metallic wheel chair fell down and my son was lucky not to get broken his bones. Then I decided to get down off the bus and give Sadaqa (charity). I have spent few hours to get into the bus when I got success, I experience very bad. The tel # online was not working. I do not want to discourage any Visitors but save your life. If you can’t have a seat , you can’t hear the guide. It’s useless to pay high amount to buy the ticket. The next day I hired a taxi for few hours. He was my guide and driver then dropped me at hotel. My family members were very happy by this experience.
