Dioramas Bring the Seerah to Life - You can read the books and watch the videos, but nothing beats hand made dioramas of the life of our Nabi ï·º with a knowledgeable and kind guide. Quite different from the high tech version at the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization in the Haraam, but truly worth the trip out. Easily accessible by Uber.

Don’t skip this place when in Madinah! - A must visit place in Madinah. The entrance fee is SAR25 (I went in May 2023). It’s a small museum that provides tour guide who explains (you can choose in Arabic, English or Urdu) mainly the history of Madinah and the Prophet’s hijrah to Madinah in approx. 45mins tour. The museum uses scale models that take you through the history, including models of the Prophet’s house, Al Masjid Al Nabawi, the hijrah route used by the Prophet and many more. It’s just an incredible place and more importantly, the knowledge you gain about the Prophet and the history of Madinah through the excellent tour guides is beyond precious.

YOU CANNOT MISS THIS - THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! You must not miss this museum. My tour group did not bring me to this place so I took Careem here by myself and after my visit I felt incredibly sorry for the rest of my group because they didn’t get to experience this. I sat for days in Masjid Nabawi trying to imagine what it was like during the prophet’s time, and this place satisfied my curiosity. They explained everything about Madinah and Makkah during the time of the prophet through dioramas and artefacts and something about seeing the story visually and seeing what the prophet’s house looked like and how it progressed to Masjid Nabawi helped me appreciate my Madinah experience more and I felt like I was reliving the past. The tour guide spoke in English, was very knowledgeable and helpful and he explained the stories so well. I learnt so much about the Prophet’s Seerah and I’m so grateful for the experience. The staff were all so friendly and when I was sitting alone at the waiting area one of them offered me Arabic coffee and I thought that was a lovely gesture. Must must must visit.

Outstanding place to learn about Islamic History of Medina. - A private museum. Outstanding presentation and quite interactive and informative to learn about Islamic History specifically about Prophets Migration to Medina, Islamic Bettles of Uhod and Khandaq and Prophets Mosque.Tour guide (in English, Urdu) will accompanie you and explaine islamic history in detail. Museum is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. It takes around 10-15 min drive from haram. Uber takes around 40 SR for up & down and entry fees is 25 SR.

False information on website - False information on website about opening hours. We spent enough money to hire a taxi to take our two young children to visit this place as the reviews looked good. We checked their website, google maps, reviews etc and were told it was open till 6pm. Upon arrival, it was closed with no one around. Clearly there was construction and building going on but it’s a shame people wasting money got a return journey from medina (more than 100SAR) to go and find the place closed. Really disappointing and a wasted journey in the scorching heat with children.
