Additional Information

Buses are adapted for passengers with reduced mobility. The features include an automatic access ramp, reserved space for wheelchairs with safety clamps and fastenings, and an extended ramp and kneeling system to the right of the bus
Hop-on hop-off tickets are not available for infants aged from 0 to 6 years old, as passes are free of charge
Please note: the regular Madrid City Tour service may be affected due to ongoing events in the city, adverse traffic conditions or force majeure reasons out of our control.
IMPORTANT: Some of the stops are suspended due to the pedestrianization of Puerta del Sol. We will soon offer a new definitive touristic route.

Madrid hop on and hop off tour - This worked out great for me. It was a good tour. The stops were good. The drivers helped out I would especially want to do a call out to Mirella MIRELA she was great. She helped me get the right route. I use both the blue and the green I used it for a couple of days. I paid the senior rate $15 for two days And I can’t say enough about it. It was great..

Beautiful tour - Beautiful tour done with the family, the bus is very comfortable, the audio is efficient, you can hear it very well and they explain everything you see, congratulations, keep it up, I highly recommend it

Madrid - Great tour of the city. Hard to find the exact location to get on. Could use more signage. Maybe nicer people on the bus checking you in.

Great view and easy to use - Great ride through the city after walking all day. Head set worked on the first bus, but English channel didn't play on the third bus. Attendant and driver were friendly and helpful. 2 different routes to chose from or ride both. After touring, I used the bus to get home after dinner instead of ubering or walking more. I would use this again.

HOHO Needs Fine Tuning - The Start of the HOHO was late by 45 minutes at Museo del Prada on 23 Apr and the excuse given was "heavy traffic" !! The rest of the Tour was good.. There was no need for a 48 hour Tour, I other Blue and Green could be conducted on the same day..

Madrid Hop On Hop Off - There was no narrative as to where we are. Staff only says this is stop #. It will help a little bit as to what can be found in a certain stop..a little bit of story/history will make it more interesting.

Good for huge city with minimum time and if you utilise this the right way its worth it - If you only have a short amount of time this is worth doing mind you a lot of people expect buses all the time but if you use it in a clever wa which is to hop on then hop off look around and then check the app to see where the buses are and walk through some mroe attractions to another bus stop wherethe bus will be stopping soon on the app - waiting at the same bus stop you get off at fo another bus is just wasting time - you need to walk from stop to stop and see things along the way

Fix the Broken Equipment!!! - First time we boarded the bus was so packed that we had to sit downstairs. Not a big deal, but no headphones worked so we basically were in a public transportation bus for 20 minutes. Got off out of frustration. In fact, both of the Madrid buses we rode had 1/2 the headphone jacks and 1/2 the USB plugs broken, so we sat separately to find seats that actually had working items Took pictures of metal cover falling off stairwell wall and broken USB ports. Very hard to find where exactly where to HOHO because signs are super hard to find. We have done about 8 HOHO in various European cities and this was worst by far.

Horrible experience - This was the worst experience on the hop on and hop off. Wish I could get my money back. We got on at Gran Via and the bus was packed. We had to sit in the way back of the bus and couldn’t see anything. Upstairs was filled the 7 stops that we were on. There were no markings for the stops either like in other cities. Terrible!

No refund for their cancellation - One of the agents for the tour organizer explained to us on the morning of the event that it would be unable to proceed due to a large demonstration happening in downtown Madrid. She advised us to cancel. We did so. Now that we have requested a refund the company has refused to do so .
